Undelivered order

After getting the information that the order was sent, I wasn't able to follow my order (no link). In a week I've got the information by email from the delivery service (Chronopost Dax) that the delivery was failed because of the wrong address. No letter in the postbox nor link on the site to contact them. I wrote to Etrias explaining the situation and asking them to contact their deliverer. No help at all! They sent me the same link on Chronopost site telling the same information I've had ! After 1 week more I contacted them again telling that I have no news about my order and from my side the adresse written on their site was correct. They sent me the Declaration of non-receipt. After I have returned the declaration they informed me that the process will take many weeks.

bad experience

Customer service was good, but the order was a shame. I received a brand new pair of leather boots (175€) with massives stains on it. Impossible to keep them. These stains were like the nose on the middle of the face. They should check the box and their products before send them.
