I completely agree with other reviewers. One of the items received was not the one ordered. The other was much smaller than claimed. I ordered larger than usual to ensure nice flow. What I received, I could not get over my head. Two attempts at contacting for return directions have not been answered. This is not a reputable company and any potential customer should be warned to avoid money loss.

Hi. I really did want to like these clothes. I read the negative reviews, limited my spending to around $100, and crossed my fingers. Two items were not as pictured, two items came that that I did not order possibly replacing two items that never came. The two items that came as pictured, I didn't like. Cheap earrings and a dress that was a really weird material...not cotton or linen like I expected.

Wish I would have seen this before I ordered. Takes forever to get the order. The items I ordered are sized really odd and very cheaply made. Material is really thin.
Cannot get any response to emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Everything everyone wrote is true. Takes forever to get your order than is not really what u ordered, just some off color fabric sewn together in cheapest form.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. This company is scam. First, it took 3 months before I received one piece of my purchase. Second, the item received was not what I purchased. The item ordered was a very nice dress with embroidery around the hem for a size 14. I received a t-shirt with embroidery that fits a 0 size person. Disgusting.

Please don't buy anything from this website! It's a scam. Unfortunately, I was naive enough to buy two dresses and one jumper from m this website. The cuts and materials are horrendous and are not what Fashioncozy advertises them. I have contacted the seller, but they have not responded. Forget about Fashioncozy.com

I ordered dress on April 18th, 2020, it arrived last week of July,2020. Covid-19, delays from China, understand, ok (((. On advertisement says 100 % cotton, dress is labeled 100% polyester and it is polyester!

NEVER EVER BUY anything from them! I ordered nice dresses from a nice webshop and I received very bad quality dresses. The material, the suite. I was waiting almost 3 months and I had half of the paid items! And cheap quality, horrible! They promised to send me the address to send them Back, but they didn't. Cheaters!!!!!

Wish I also had looked at reviews--The reviews exactly expressed my experience--except I ordered 5 items and got four. Took over a month, Way too small, same experiences as others with "customer service"

wish I would have seen this website - took over a month and I ordered a really cute dress and got a horrible dress that was not what i ordered and have been e-mailing asking where to return it to and don't get a response - don't order from them!

Cheap fabric!!! Top was shown as a gauze fabric and what I received was a very thin polyester that I would only use as a trash bag.

I wish I could rate this company a zero! I ordered 3 dresses from their online store. I ordered a little larger than my normal size as I figured the sizes ran smaller. The order came in 2 separate shipments and all 3 dresses were not what I order or the sizes that I ordered. I have contacted customer service as to how I go about sending them back to get a refund and after multiple emails they finally acknowledged. They don’t want to refund 100% however they want me to settle for 40% and a discount on another order! NO THANKS! Do not order from this website! Do yourself a favor!!!!’

Tried to escalate through PayPal and to get a full refund you must send back to China! Package cost $233.51 to send 80.97 worth of merchandise back! PayPal is yet another useless company!
All fraudulent! Can’t tell you how angry I am! Don’t buy from this company and do not use PayPal!

I wish I had reviews before I ordered. The dresses finally came. I wear a size 12. I ordered a large for loose fitting during the summer. The dresses came and they were a size 2. I could barely get them over my head. Cheap material, cheap workmanship. You cannot contact them. There is no customer service. Took the matter up with my CC company. They are shysters.

DO NOT ORDER!! Ordered over a month ago. Got 1 of 4 packages today and received a dress that I did not even order. I checked my order again and items that were previously on my order are no longer on website nor showing any images. This is a SCAM. I'm calling CC company tomorrow to disbute charges.

Cheap polyester 5 sizes too small and shiny! Horrible colors aren't at all like the pictures. Bought from Fashion Cosy, took money as Pearlgo and shipped from Top Express. I wish I read the reviews. I would really rate them minus 3 stars. Trying to get an address to send them back. I guess it was a $99.96 lesson I'll never forget

Bad experience like everyone says. Finally got the product After about 50 days, the same day after I registered a complaint with PayPal. Wish it never came because a PayPal would cover that, but just took packAge to post office To return it... $30 to return a $25 item. Top was not linen, but ugly polyester!

Fashioncosy.com is a scam! I spent more than 113 dollars and waited more than 3 months to get cheap, homemade looking clothes?!!! Are you kidding me?!!!
Because it was over 100 it was free shipping however it was really slow! The clothes were sent in several different packages with 1-2 pieces of clothing per bundle. The tracking did work for me after putting in the shipping company as JCEX. It took forever to come! And it came by ship! Who in the world in this advanced age does one send clothes by shipping them across the ocean?!!!
The clothes had no tags except for one which said Zanzea. And the material which was supposed to be cotton-blend and others linen were mostly or all polyester!!!!
Plus size shirts came in regular or even smaller sizes!
Furthermore the people who work there must be colorblind! How could the navy shirt that I ordered come as black?!!!
Also how could pink be the same as red?????
Some of the items are no longer available on the website which is why the long maxi dress does not have a website photo. But trust me on this, the dress was not bright pink in the website photo and neither was it polyester! It was supposed to be an airy linen material!!!
Update: I found the photo in my email and as you can see it's red and should have pockets!!! But the one I got doesn't have it! Also the sleeves are totally wrong the one I got doesn't have sleeves at all!!!

Anyway, I managed to contact the company for an order status, they replyed with
"Dear customer,

We will send to you as soon as possible.
Usually it takes 15-25 days to get your local area.
Hope you get it soon.

Have nice day"

When I sent another email about a refund, they never replied.
