Thieves. They have not given me my money for my return. This is after 2 months

I am waiting for refunds for 4 different returns since 10th of December 2025.
I explained them several times that i never received the money, checked with my bank, they say payments were processed through Pay-U and were completed from their side, they could never provide a complete statement with routes of the money that were blocked somewhere on the way or returned to their accounts. I also sent them bank statement.Its waste of time and money really disappointed,their customer service, virtual assistant not recommended at all, they always call me for feedback, the guys are trying to be nice on the chat but never solving anything in the end.

The worst company in Romania and most likely world wide. My "Genius" order has not been delivered in over 72 hours, yet packages I've had shipped from France by far more competent companies arrived in the same timeframe. How is it possible that international deliveries are faster than your domestic ones?
​The sheer incompetence is baffling. Your customer service agents are absolutely useless. They just parrot the same scripted, empty phrases and offer no real solutions. It's clear they are nothing more than a front for an utterly broken system, stealing a paycheck while I'm left in the dark.
​This entire experience has been a masterclass in frustration. There's no effective communication, no accountability, and no sense of urgency. The management of this company must be non-existent because this level of operational failure is completely unacceptable. You're not just slow; you are laughably inept.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Extremely bad company! Horrible customer service! I made an order which was put into 2 separate ones. Both items were meant to come in 2-3 days, the first one did but the second one is here now after 3 weeks! When I called and asked what’s going on, the woman on the phone told me “well you’re going to have to wait maybe around a month”. Never again!

Horrible experience
Bought some T-shirts, and some of them needed to be returned because of the size mismatch. I'm 1 month and a half in and 4 support tickets later and the refund money I did not receive yet. I will never buy from them again and will make a formal government complaint against them.

Ordered a sports suit adidas from them, pants different size than the jacket. Plus ordered navy blue as colour but was sent black?!

The most disgusting company I've ever dealt with. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM.
On the website it says 2-3 days delivery only to take your money. Then when you call them - they say on their internal system that only they can see it says 2 weeks. Then 2 weeks pass by and the order is with the courier and the courier Speedy that usually always delivers my parcels the next day after receiving the parcel - tells me that they have a deal with Fashiondays to deliver orders from Fashiondays in another 2-3 week after the courier gets the order. FUCKNG SCAMMERS

Completely out of this world size/dimensions/tags. 3 orders in 2 months and all orders were completely messed up. Nobody at the company seems to care even a little bit. I do not recommend this company / website.

I ordered several times from their application and I have had a good experience so far even though once, it happened to ordered a really nice coat from Ted Baker and the first time I ordered, it arrived a little small so I decided to exchange it with a larger one but the exchange one arrived even smaller ( even if, since the number was greater it should be a little larger and no smaller as it was) and it had many defects so I decided to make a return for full refund. But honestly, I would gladly made another exchange if there were available the size I needed. The refund was made so easy and so fast on my credit card so, I can say they are honest and if you don't like a product it's easy to exchange or to return it for the full refund.

They kept advertising "Dressing room" paying method but they do not mention that you must have at least 350 lei in your cart.

I tried to place an order using their Dressing Room option, which was advertised as allowing payment after 30 days. Although my order was within the available budget, I couldn't select that payment option at checkout and had to contact customer support.

Two phone calls and a few days later, they said my account isn't eligible for payment after 30 days, but only for payment in four installments (not something I was interested in). This is despite their website clearly stating that my budget could be used for both, and no further explanation was provided.

Search filters are buggy, prices are generally higher than those of other retailers, and the product range is fairly limited. I won't be using this platform again and certainly don't recommend it.

I am happy with fashiondays.ro because of the superfast delivery and the easy return process

Received a tshirt with a hole in it! And i saw it only after i got dispose of the box and the original labels! Tried to contact them but no one is answering the phone

I have been a regular customer of Fashion Days.

And after all my orders, now they would not change and item from my order. Not the whole order, but just one item. I don't even want my money back, all i want is a different size.

Their customer service - not up to standard.

Finally not even a call that they promised but just an email saying we can't change your order.

And the email was not sent from Fashion Days, but from EMAG.

Ordered some products 5 days ago, paid in front with my card and the products are still in the deposit. For the past 2 days they are lying to me that the products were sent , but it wasn't. Im very disappointed and I will never buy anything from this site again.

Two stars because EVENTUALLY, I did get my money back. But it was very difficult… do not buy from them! Poor quality, damaged products.

They have very nice products and good prices.They deliver very fast and the returning process it's very easy.I don't konw what others experienced but I had my money back in 30 minutes for returning...I will keep to buy from them because they have very good services.

The refund policy "Save your card and the money will be back in 30 minutes after receiving the goods" is a FRAUD! Bunch of liars.

Awful website, My packet was delivered with delay and my money were not back in my account, like they said, in 30 minutes. My Mastercard does not work sometimes if I want to pay on theur website and the products, yes, sometimes look that are fake. I've received dirty or broken packages, an opened and a little consumed over 350 ron parfume. They should also diversify their clothes because most of them are from years ago and it is sad. Always I think that maybe I will receive something like in the pictures...but no or it will fit me.
