Honestly, I have never faced any problem with Fashionesta (German online store). I am a customer since years and everything are fine with my purchases and the few returns I have done so far. I highly recommended.

Never recieved my two orders from the. They said it was put in mailbox back around sept or oct 2022.

Never received my orders. Over $70.00 paid for NOTHING. WROTE SEVERAL TIMES TO NO AVAIL. Didn't receive any response and my money wasn't returned or even store credit

I have not heard from them since ordering. Lack of communication. Bad service. No refund

I have not received anything I’ve ordered if I don’t by this week am getting them for fraud

I ordered a pair of sunflower cowgirl boots. I've yet to recieve them. When I notified the company they told me to check my mailbox. Like I didn't already do that! It's a total scam!

I purchased Diesel shoes online, paid for standard shipping, but Fashionesta used FedEx, which charged me $41.60 extra shipping fees on delivery. After a string of emails and promise to check with their accounting department, Fashionesta ignored my subsequent emails.
If no remedy is provided, that would be my first and last purchase from Fashionesta.com.

They sell FAKE Rayban sunglasses. My friend who works at Rayban told me the pair I just bought is so fake. will report it to the UK police on their Action Fraud website

Everything is perfect. I know this shop for more than 8 years now. They are based in Germany so if they were sold fake items they would have been off business long time ago!

Products are completely fake, and so obviously fake aswell. If you read this review please do not buy from the website, it’s a complete scam

I am writing this letter for a very bad experience with fashionesta. I bought gucci watch in Dec 2021. When I was received, it was faulty. I complained to fashionesta then they were said its our fault you sent it back and we give you return cost and refund back. I sent it back then they only refund me watch cost but I was paid $332 NZD to fedex. Who are responsible for that cost. Because its not my fault. Now I am trying to contact fashionesta but they didn’t reply.
So everybody please aware about shopping from this site if your item faulty they do not refund you.

The products are 100% fake and to return we must pay shipping and they cut some other charges, so basically you get back very little! Delivery is 2 weeks so reasonably fast.

Scam, never buy from this company, I ordered Armani shoes and never come, they never replied you back to my email. Scam SCAM SCAM NEVER DON'T BUY FROM THEM

I bought sunglasses last week. Very scared because of the reviews, most of them bad... I received sunglasses today, fast delivery and product perfect. Very happy.

She is an asset to fashionesta with great customer service. I had an issue with a parcel when I sent it back for a refund via Hermes but it was stuck at the depot for over 5 weeks only to be sent back to me at the end! I then emailed Anna as I was worried I wouldn’t receive a refund (their refund policy is 14 days) and explained to her my situation. She was so kind and lovely and advised me not to worry and send it back via Royal Mail this time. Any troubles or queries, I emailed her straightaway and always got quick responses! Despite the delays and how long it takes to return an item, I will continue to shop at fashionesta because Anna is a lovely customer service representative! Thank you so much for making me feel at ease as a customer.

Although Delivery was super quick.The Burberry shirt was FAKE.So its going back!

For sure one of the best store ever, am starting to order now more regularly from fashionesta and never had Problem before, all employees are polite and kind even on social media they answer immediately and to support customers
I would recommend this company as i have already done with my friends who are also happy.

Everything perfect. Fast, original, cheap:) it is outlet so please remember about this and customer service super nice :)
