They replied within the same week, and I received my package two days later. Everything was handled efficiently and sorted out quickly. Overall, a very genuine and reliable experience.

I have no feedback from fashionette…
I have no feedback from fashionette service, I send emails constantly but none of the employees answer me. I was on a trip to France and I ordered a bag. It said it would arrive by December 19/20 but it didn’t came then. I couldn't pick it up because I returned home and I wrote to them because I want a refund for the late shipment. I wouldn't give a bad review, but I have no other choice since no one wants to help my needs. I hope this will help me to get my money back.
I wrote to you from more mails, so if you can help me tell me if i can give you my returned package number.

I ordered a pair of Dr Martens. The shipping was fast and the shoes very well protected. They even put the return coupon in the package so that you don’t have to pay anything and it’s very easy if you want to return an article. In my case the shoes perfectly suited me.
I will definitely order again on this website.

Hello,
This store was recommended to me by a friend, she told me how serious it was, as well as the magnificent products it could have.
What I notice is that if you pay for express delivery, they are unable to meet the deadlines. Worse still, when your parcel arrives, it's absolutely not what you ordered.
As a result, I strongly advise you to avoid this store, there's a clearly defined lack of seriousness, especially their support tells us they're unable to respond to requests.
In short, despite their potential empathy, customer service is unable to provide customers with reliable information.
To be avoided as a matter of urgency!

Fashionette is a SCAM. You should never buy anything on their website. My parcel was supposed to arrive in London but it arrived in Germany instead.
I contact Fashionette but they can’t do anything (the customer service don’t know how to speak English). They didn’t refund me.

Aspects such as transport and delivery are handled independently by the shipping provider, on whose processes the company fashionette can not exert any influence.
fashionette is based in Germany, therefore the parcels are sent from Germany as well.
Unfortunately your parcel was sent back automatically.
Furthermore we have already informed you that once the return is booked, you will receive a confirmation via email and the refund. This was never rejected by our customer service!
Please note that due to the Christmas holidays there may be slight delays regarding the return booking, nevertheless all orders and returns are proccessed as fast as possible.
