I ordered from Fashion Eyewear and received a confirmed delivery date from Royal Mail. They failed to deliver and dumped the parcel at a collection office instead.
I work full-time for an airline, so the collection hours are completely impractical. I explained this clearly and expected the retailer to fix it.
Instead, I was told to wait 18 days for Royal Mail to return the parcel before they would even consider a refund. I’ve paid for goods I never received and am now expected to wait nearly three weeks because of their courier’s failure.
There is zero accountability here. Fashion Eyewear have simply hidden behind Royal Mail’s process, leaving me without the item or my money.
This is poor service, plain and simple. I will not be ordering from them again.

First time customer, no issues
I am a first time customer and I ordered a pair of prescription Oakley sunglasses. I am UK based. They set out 7-10 business days for delivery, and they were delivered within that timeframe. Initially I had concerns about delivery timeframes from reading their reviews, but personally I had no issues. I found their communication to be good. I received updates about the progress of my order. Overall satisfied and would recommend them!

Horrendous customer service
Horrendous customer service - had to contact them multiple times about shipping information which took a long time to get to Australia.
Received the sunglasses and wore them for 2 hours - can’t wear them again because the frame isn’t sturdy and has completely distorted and slips off my face. Customer service blamed me putting them on my head (hadn’t done this) basically said bad luck, take them somewhere to get them reshaped.
Will not be buying or recommending ever!

We see that we processed a warranty for this order and we have managed to replace the product for you. We are unable to offer refunds for warranty items and so a replacement is to be issued as standard warranty policy.
Mixed Feelings
Really mixed feelings about my experience, the ordering process and subsequent questions was relatively smooth and the price of the glasses represents good value. After the goods were sent the issues started, Royal Mail went to the wrong address twice and refused to try a third time. Communications by phone and email to rectify was slow and the end result was go and collect yourself from Royal Mail at great inconvenience. A real shame as the delivery end let the side down, I just would have liked a quicker more attentive response to chasing the missing parcel!

product was as advertised (Nike Frame) and delivery process was regularly updated and accurate.
(frame is older model that has replaced broken 2 year old ones - expensive lens live another day! or hopefully years)
