fashionmia was recomended to me by a friend, at first i had some doubts about it. but then the beautiful clothes in this fashion line drew my attention. i ordered a maxi gown which arrived surprisingnly earlier than expected . the sizing and quality of the wears have turned me to a return customer. i highly recomend

I spent about $ 30 on accessories, among them earrings, necklaces and bracelets, it's amazing how with so little money I bought so much.

STAY AWAY FROM BUYING SOMETHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Dear Customers, I bought from this Company last year in December 3 items on the value of £ 70.00 and when I received them , I had a surprise to see that the items are not matching with the quality that they present it in their website pictures, plus the sizes are completely different than UK ones.

I contact them to explain that I will return the items back , I paid another £25.00 for postage sending the items back and since January 19, I called them and I had over 28 times conversation via emails, requesting my money back, around £ 100.

Guess what ! With every reply that they sent me, they were delaying my refund, inventing million excuses, delaying and delaying and delaying my refund. The parcel has been sent to one address in China as per their advice and after few weeks I received another email saying to sent the parcel to another address in China but my items already has been sent it as per their instruction.

I thought that is a joke, but was serious from their side and my hell with them started. I will involve my Solicitor because I have enough with the Company who is cheating on people, playing with customers and our money, simple example from their emails " we will suggest to keep your item because if you will send the items back to China will cost you the postage more than your items and is not point to return your items" or another reply from them similar " If you want to send the items back to exchange, the return-shipping fee, which is costly in some cases, needs to be afforded by yourself. So we do suggest that you keep the items. "

I am asking this Company, what is that ? How you could send this kind of replays to the customers?!!!

Another example" We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you. I have checked the refund, there is something wrong with our financial account, we just fixed it. But we lost all the refund record and need to resubmit the refund request to our financial department. And the colleagues in the financial department are arranging the refund for the customers one by one. We are really sorry for this again and we will refund you within 7--10 days. And we will send you an e-mail once being completed." What is that ?!!! It is not my problem that they lost their track of refunds ?!!! What is meaning that , it is meaning that hundred's customers who will be on a similar position with me, they will not receive their money back ?!!! Hello, wake op Fashion Mia, we are not stupid!!!! We are online customers and you have to respect us and you have to respect your term and condition that you are adverting on your website in regards with buying and refunding items, otherwise we will have to take legal action !!! Everyone has to know what is going on with this site. I am not saying that maybe was not satisfied customers but probably was a luck for them ! Their quality products are far away from what they advert on their website. I am still waiting for my money back and I will still monitor to see how long will take it !

this is funny look at the post below mine who is writing this crap looks like they are paying someone to write this ,if you think about it you would never pay someone to write bad review as this would not be good for yor sales so don't believe the crap on this site I never receive a refund for my returned item and then they can sell in on making double the profit maybe I should set up a site like this but maybe I would not sleep at night but that's just me some people only care about money this is my second post and will keep posting till I receive £41 refund

I have a lot of beautiful dresses and full swimsuits taken from the site and I can say that every time I wear them they are asked where I bought them.

I bought cheap clothes from fashionmia. We never forget flash sale with great discounts and deals. Yesterday I attended. You friend birthday party all of my dress have praised. Dress got very fit on my body. I recommend to all.

I have been waiting for over three months to receive a refund. I keep getting the same emails saying that they are working on it. The clothes are poor quality. I will NEVER order from them again.

I have received an email on my order saying that 2 of the items are in Canada on February 25 2019. It said that 2/4 of my items are here (after waiting a month) are at the post office. Where are my other 2 items? Is there any way to reply/contact fashion mia where I can talk on the phone with them? I have been waiting over a month but when I placed the order it said a week. This is getting ridiculous!

fashionmia is the place to shop.they understand their customers need and ensure they satisfy them.they all shopping process and bring it at you door step

The products look good and tempting on the pictures but are in fact low in quality, the cuts are bad so they don't feel comfortable to wear. The delivery is slow, refund process is extremely slow, they would use all sorts of excuses to justify their bad services. Never buy from them again.

This is simply amazing. Two weeks and my order is here. The quality of this leather jacket is simply amazing and I am ordering more this coming week

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The items never look the same as the pictures. Non only that, you need to pay an additional 10 dollars for the postal service to get it, and an additional 20 dollars to return it back to CHINA(?). In other words, here is the price of the dress wasted in postal services. They kept trying to persuade me to offer the dress as a gift to someone, and they would refund back 7 dollars... WAIT, WHAT? Really not worth it, it's completely a waste of money (and time).

fashionmia has give me the freedom to shop any time of the day without movement. i just have to place my order and it brought where i am.thank you for considering we people with busy schedules.
