I purchased 2 card cases via post most recently. Both had the circular plastic branded tag stuffed in the middle of the card case which stretched them. This is an is an issue for a few reasons; it unecessarily wears the item and i do not ever use the center of my card cases so it will never look normal. Please consider just using a flat style branding card, if it is indeed necessary, or do not put anything in them at all. These plastic round tags look like the same ones used for handbag purchases. This alone will make me reconsider any future card case purchases, which is a shame because I have my eye on an LV card case right now.

First, I’ll say I’m grateful that you ship to military addresses. However, items sent to FPO/APO addresses should be sent by USPS Priority mail. It then takes 1-2 weeks to receive. The way y’all sent it (ground) comes by ship, and it takes 1-2 MONTHS to receive. My package took 1 ½ months. That’s not luxury.

Bag was in perfect condition and exactly as described.

This is my favorite wallet and I’ve had the same wallet since 2012. My dog ate my wallet literally (i cried). I started to search for this wallet and it came up on FASHIONPHILE. The quality of a wallet and how well kept it has been feels like I got a brand new wallet!

Good experience

Do not purchase from this company- I ordered a pair of Chanel boots in OCt- they were never shipped- I did not get a refund until 2.10.2026. I continued to shop with the brand- I ordered a Cartier bracelet- it was too small shipped back same day. The agent said the reserve fee would be refunded- it was not. Even though they record their calls - This person "Carly" refuses to adhere to what was committed- it was $900 they are refusing to refund. Sarah Davis is next on my list- you can see many peoplle not getting their money back

I have never sold an item with FASHIONPHILE, only purchased, and so far my few purchases have been smooth and consistent. Packaging is done well, and shipping is usually next day from order which is great! I bought a medium patent Dionysus and the description said the base was flattened and it was, but honestly all it took was some stuffing and finger rubs in the leather to soften things up. It took a day of sitting for the bag to be positioned as if from the boutique, so if FASHIONPHILE did that beforehand - they could’ve added another $200 on the price lol.

I have been a customer since 2014. More reselling than purchasing. They have been great with quotes and is the the only resale luxury website I feel most comfortable using. I find their descriptions about wear, and photos of wear, honest and detailed. It's a hit or miss. I've purchased from them and they forgot to mention small details. I inquired on item and the person I chatted with said that someone will get back to me. No one called me. They also have a great return policy. They are probably top tier in terms of authenticity for second hand items compared to the rest of the market.
