Paid 10€ for delivery and it took nearly 2 weeks to be delivered from Austria/Germany

I bought 2 different boots, one under knee and the other over knee. both from same brand, The quality is perfect, but it is running small both on toe and leg(although my leg size is medium , not so skinny not fatty)so I have to return them, the shorter one has a sign of round scratch inside the leg which is obvious, also the longer one is designed for taller people than me, in my case I could not sit comfortably and I couldn’t bend my leg easily. But as I love the brand, its design and the quality, I will order a bigger size if shorter model.

Price is slightly cheaper but the recieved product looks like a returned product. There is residual human hair on the product and the plastic cover was tape by another tape.

I ordered a beautiful pair of Marco Polo shoes which were delivered really quickly but they were too big. I had deleted the mails with my order number so I had to get a return label via customer service. The service at this shop is amazing, they reply quickly and are really friendly. I will definitely try to order here when I need more shoes. They were also the cheapest by far

The shipment was really late and I had to travel back to Egypt without recieving it. I asked that it be diversted to a different location under these chrcumstances and delays in delivery but it was still sent to the hotel that I left with no one to pick it up.

Ordered from Ireland first time, was slightly skeptical because the prices were below market value and cheaper than almost everywhere else I looked, was worried I would receive knock-offs. However, everything went very smoothly, I ordered on a Saturday and received the shoes that Wednesday, no complaints at all. These shoes were sold out everywhere else and I was glad to find them here. This is going to be my new favourite place to shop, I highly recommend!

The shoes arrived sooner than I anticipated and were in excellent condition. They were reasonably priced, below the market average, and I was able to use an additional discount code. I plan to purchase more shoes for myself and my family from this retailer in the future.

Order process, package and product perfect. Delivery could be faster but was with 5 working days in the given range.

My Experience with fashionschuh was really nice. The shoes got to me on time and the shipping to Germany was free.
