This company is not what they are advertising they are not UK completely false (Catfish) a CHINA company

I bought 2 shirts from them as the say Fashion Street Manchester. NO THEY ARE NOT!! They are in China.
My Large shirt was so large it was like a tent on me and guess what labels had been removed by them so could not confirm actual sizes! SCAM company

Their response, it will cost over £50 to return, so DONT.

This company is a scam and should be closed down. Not sure how they are allowed to trade. I brought 2 polo shirts mistakenly labelled as Boss! They are nothing like advertised. V poor quality, made cheap and nasty materials and v small. I asked for a refund and they asked me to return to an address in China which does not exist. This has gone on from September 2025, do 4 months. They have continued to refuse refunding anything at all. Strongly advised not to be drawn in by prices that seem to be too good to be true. They are!!

There is no returns process, returns are not free, they have to be sent back to China at the expense of the customer. DO OT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Promoted as if they’re a local company but actually based in Hong Kong.
Order a jacket that took 3 weeks to arrive and was nothing like the colour advertised.
I wouldn’t use again.

Ordered 3polo shirts at a cost of 103 pounds been trying to get delivery for 2months after loads of back and forth email no joy company now not replying to emails wish I'd read reviews before ordering as they are diabolical will make sure I do so in future obviously company not interested going to take 1 reviewers advice and try to get my money back through my bank Please please avoid this company at all costs reviews won't bother this company as they never read them

They pretend to be in manchester uk when infact they are in hongkong
They use this distribution centre an a seperate warehouse ROOM 5003, FLOOR 5, YAU LEE CENTRE, 45 HOI YUEN ROAD, KWUN TONG, HONG KONG.
They are scammers.
After 3 weeks wait i recieved the coat i ordered but i ordered extra large they sent small with the label removed.
Totally useless.
All emails they do reply fast but only the same generic poo saying its on its way an we hope u be happy bla bla bla and always a 20% off if your stupid enough to order again.
I have reported them to the hongkong business registry, an their police and their version of trading standards an will be going mega public to destroy these scummy rats who scam and think they will get away with it. I will also be visiting their warehouse and distribution centre in the next 40 days so they will soon be destroyed one way or another!

The issue started when I received the clarification that the goods would actually be imported from China. Not evident at the time of ordering as I would not have ordered.
Then the courier was EVRI, probably the worst rated courier in the UK today, but their favoured courier (apparently).
Then when the delivery was delayed (parcel lost in a processing issue), all follow-up was done by me their customer. No desire by Fashion Street to have any involvement. After all, they had my order and my funds.
Then when the goods eventually arrived, not quite as expected, nor to the standard I had hoped. It was only when I investigated how the return process meant I would need to send this back to China (£23 minimum cost for a Tracked service), that I donated these shorts to a Charity Shop.
This was my first and ONLY purchase from Fashion Street.

I ordered some polo shirts from this company thinking they were a UK based clothing outlet, THEY ARE NOT !
I should have read trust pilot reviews about them before buying, but I failed to.
This company is in fact a cheap knock off Chinese clothing outlet, and the clothes they are selling you are not even what they are advertising.
I ordered two Men's polo shirts which looked great on the website, and what I got was two very badly made garments that didn't even resemble what was being advertised. After reaching out to them for a return & refund I am still no further forward as they are deliberately being obstructive and doing everything they can to prevent me from returning the items, which according to them have to be shipped to China at my cost; but they will not give me a returns reference or a procedure on how to do so.
Like a lot of internet based companies out there Fashion Street UK are purporting to be a UK fashion outlet, giving the buyer the impression of quality, but in fact nothing could be further from the truth! Setting aside their fancy website, there is absolutely nothing behind it. I hope this review helps at least one person from being taken for a ride by this company !

ordered a shirt. it arrived with the size label removed, and it's about 3 sizes smaller than I what I ordered. Guess what, when I contact them, to get a refund, I have to send it recorded delivery to China, which will cost more than the item. this is their business model. send out rubbish knowing nobody is bothering to return them. I contacted them and they have offered a discount on my next purchase (like I'm that daft) and I can keep the item that doesn't fit. Lucky me.

Cheap and nasty item that was quite expensive. Daughter made the mistake of thinking they were UK based when in fact its cheap Chinese junk. Avoid

I ordered a jacket from here and it came yesterday totally wrong, the order was of a black leather look jacket with red stripes. The parcel i got was a black shiny jacket just plain black very cheap looking not the jacket I ordered it was horrible at first I got a email with them how sorry I was with being unsatisfied and now they say I can have a 20% discount on next purchase or I can send it back but it will cost £50 to go to China I'd be wasting my money if I did that so niw left with a horrible black shiny cheap looking jacket that'll be going in the bin. Not impressed at all. It's there mistake why should we have to pay i thought the company was from Manchester thats what it says

Scammers!!! Bought three tops and three cheap and nasty tops were sent that look absolutely nothing like the pictures on the website. I did get in touch with the support team and sent pictures to show that what i ordered was not the same as what i had recieved. They have no intention of giving me a refund and they want me to send tops back to China at im told a cost of approx £50 as i need to get it tracked, DO NOT USE

Scammers!!! Bought 100% leather jacket and received sh....polystyrene thing which not even look same like picture on the website. I did ask for refund and they want me to send back to China but their website is stated that the ship is UK based. Asked bank for charge back. STAY Away!!!!!

Boots ordered. Boots received. Wrong size, far too small. Fashion Street UK not interested, insisting this was the size ordered, quoting me a different order number and refusing to refund or replace unless sent back to China at a cost of £50.
Have given up after dozens of emails between us and instead have taken great satisfaction in writing to the Chinese embassy and asking them to put a stop to this malpractice.
Footnote: you can see that they have replied to my review. It's the same reply they have given to everyone else. It's another scam, they have sent me about a dozen messages saying they won't refund or replace. Avoid this company.

The name is designed to make you think they are a uk company. Not so! and as a result delivery takes a long time. The worst thing about this company is that you pay for returns!! To China!
So buying a garment for £30 would cost about £20-£50 to return for a refund.
I ordered a large jacket and the item received was far too small. If i were to return it at a cost of £30 to get a £30 and having to wait 5 or 6 weeks while the item clears chinese customs is a waste of time and money. So I have wasted £30 on an item I cannot use. Be warned!!

I ordered from Fashion Street UK (order 11498, August 2025) and received the wrong item. Instead of arranging a refund and covering the return costs (as required under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and even in their own published policy), they:

Offered me a meaningless “20% off next order” voucher.

Told me to keep the wrong item.

Insisted I pay £50+ to return the item to China, despite UK law and their own policy stating they must cover the cost when the product is incorrect.

Repeatedly ignored my clear legal rights and three written requests for a refund.

Their Return & Refund Policy even states:

“You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the product is damaged or incorrect, in which case we will cover the return cost.”

Yet when the product was incorrect, they flatly refused.

This company is misrepresenting itself as “UK” based but pushes customers into paying international postage to China for their own mistakes. In my case, they have withheld a lawful refund of £42.90.

I will now be pursuing a chargeback via my card issuer and reporting them to Trading Standards and the Consumer Ombudsman.

Recommendation: Avoid at all costs. Fashion Street UK does not respect UK consumer law or its own stated policies.

I would give less if I could. They are a bogus company that are actually based in China. The goods, when you finally get them are shoddy and poorly made. As to getting a refund, forget it. You have to return your goods to their warehouse in china at your own expense so as they know it is a non starter due to cost. Avoid at all costs. Should not be allowed to be trading.
I see that you have replied with the same rubbish you have put in emails to me. The offer of 20% off a future purchase is laughable. Even though you pretend to be a UK company you expect me to send the return to China at my expense. Avoid at all costs

A linen jacket I ordered was delivered 3 weeks later, apparently from China. The material was very poor quality, the label had been cut off, and the large size I had ordered would have been too small for Jimmy Krankie. I do not have the energy now to return it and the day after its receipt it will adorn the rack of a local charity shop--although I concede they may have difficulty selling it.

I requested a change of address or cancellation moments after ordering after seeing the long delivery times which are not shown at the immediate point if purchase. They pushed the order through a day later regardless of the request, and then sent an email saying they couldnt change the delivery address or cancel because it was already processed.

Do Not trust this company or the reviews,

they should be a law against this sort of practice
