Fantastic customer service
Ordered 2 rolls of Mini Moderns Whitby wallpaper on Saturday. After receiving the order confirmation email I realised I had ordered the wrong colour.
I emailed them immediately to advise, and requested the colour to be changed. Had a reply at 9am on Monday to say they had corrected the colour and it would be despatched that day. The correct colour was delivered on Wednesday by DPD.
Absolutely fantastic customer service. Very much appreciated as quickly corrected a problem of my own making. Would definitely buy from them again.

We ordered 4 rolls of wallpaper on Sat…
We ordered 4 rolls of wallpaper on Sat pm it arrived on Tuesday all the way to north of Scotland. I only used 3 rolls and requested info on return this was received and the one roll sent back not opened or damaged.
Only to be told about 3 weeks later that they do not accept returns on Print To Order wallpaper ? NO mention of this when ordered plus to take delivery in 2 working days is amazing.
SO no refund this was over £60 per roll. After many emails I was told NO refund PLUS will NOT return the roll BUT can collect, Really.
NEVER use this company ever again.
I have never heard of anything like this simply Shocking.

What an amazing service I received from this wonderful company. The wallpaper was significantly cheaper than any other site. The delivery was swift and the after sales service was absolutely outstanding.
