I have purchased almost $2000 worth of items at fashion Nova. They sent an email asking for photo ID and credit card information since the 12th march. I sent everything they asked for up to this time never gotten a reply and their phone never works . I have sent multiple emails and tried calling all day No Reply.
This is the worst experience of my life I want my money back.PLEASE contact me.
