I placed an order for custom napkins on April 23 with guaranteed delivery by April 30, during the order process, Amy from fastballoons.com also offered balloons, which I declined.
However, I was charged for both the napkins and balloons.
On April 30, I called Amy at fastballoons.com regarding the missing order. She stated that the items were on the way and that she would email me the tracking number immediately. I never received a tracking number, nor did I ever receive the merchandise.
I later emailed requesting a refund and received no response. Due to the lack of communication and failure to deliver the order, I ultimately had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charges.
