They canceled my on-line order without consulting me, after I had received a confirmation email that my order was being processed. Although they have notified me that they automatically refunded my c.c., this was on a Holiday Weekend so I had no opportunity to order elsewhere in time for a family funeral. I called their 1-800 number, got a recoding, left a message, never heard back. I sent a message, detailed, through their Contact Us on the web page. 5 days layer, still no response. This company is worthless.

We ordered flowers that cost $50. When we received the flowers it looked like a $15 arrangement. I would have been better just going to Walmart and making my own arrangement.

mothers day flowers delivered a day late and they were wilted and some brown i have emailed and called many times but no answer back. The local florist stated they were fresh flowers my mother in law even confronted the delivery driver about them being half dead he walked away from her. The flowers we ordered looked NOTHING like what we got we got half dead lilies when we didn't even order anything with lilies. very very pitiful NEVER again will I use your company no contact back at all.

There should be an option for NEGATIVE STARS!!! They took our $93.00 but NEVER delivered. We had given them 4 days lead time to process the order. They never answered the phone or returned our call. We e-mailed them to cancel the order since they didn't deliver on specified date and they still didn't respond but charged our credit card. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Flowers delivered weren't even close to what i ordered terrible embarrassing flowers and basket Sent pictures of flowers ordered and flowers received im getting no response from them after calls and emails i got scammed!!!

The flowers did arrive as promised but not so similar as shown in the picture, close but not similar. I ordered one on a basket, but no basket was delivered. Condition of the flowers were okay though. Balloon was also delivered okay.

I wish I had read the reviews here before ordering. Yes, the was a delivery. However, it was a day late, the girl was kinda rude and the flowers looked nothing like the advertised bouquet. I also paid extra $ for a special card… it was a piece of paper. Disappointed! Don‘t spend money here!

Yes, received the flowers...$67 for a small vase. When I checked my bank account the charge came out at $88. I contacted FDF and they said it was correct because it is in USD, not CDN. Maybe they should put USD beside the prices on their website!!!

I ordered flowers and there was an additional charge but I didn't receive the product and didn't get any contact and no refund it's a very bad company.

I ordered as per same day delivery. I ordered at 9am giving them enough time for delivery and it never showed called them 2x and emailed with no callback. I will be reporting to better business bureau.

I TOLD THEM WHEN I ORDERED, THAT MY GRAND SON WAS DELIVERED TODAY AND I NEEDED THE FLOWERS TO BE DELIVERED TODAY!!! NOT 4 DAYS LATER!!!

After ordering flowers for my daughter at about 8 am I realized at the end of the day I had not recieved a delivery confirmation from the store or my daughter. The store closes at 5 pm and you cannot get through with a phone call. So I left them a message and recieved a reply that they would not be able to deliver the day I ordered. So much for fastdelivery.com. I left them a message saying I understand things happen and if they could guarentee the next day and with no call or explanation they canceled my order and after 7 days would recieve a refund. Bad business experience and not as much as a personal call to apologize. What possibly could have happened that after 8 hrs. no delivery and even forgiving them for the misrepresentation and accepting a next day delivery they canceled with no explanation again really bad business.

I would not even give them 1 star, as they are awful to deal with! I clicked on them by accident and didn't realize until it was too late. They are not a true company and you never reach anyone when you try to call. Flowers never came and we will see about the refund they promised. Don't use them. There are many other places to buy flowers.

Terrible. Do not use. Ordered ahead of time and was not told about the "unknown circumstances" that occurred to not have anything at all delivered to my wife for our anniversary. Completely unacceptable for a flower delivery service.

I've been trying to get a refund and cannot get a response either by email or calling. They are totally ignoring me. Did not receive what was pictured, even paid an additional $20 for an upgrade for a bigger plant.

Terrible, you will never have your flowers sent. They charge you instantly. Add charges at the end and your recipient will never see any flowers. I asked to be contacted, with no response. I rate this site with a zero. Don't use this site.

They have hidden charges , called handling charges, which is disclosed after payment has been made. Very unprofessional n cheating
