Applied through fast despatch logistics for hellofresh delivery driver based in Warrington. Worked for 3 weeks the van was not fit for purpose was Stopped by Police for no Insurance. No lights inside of van so couldn't see boxes. Back doors on van broke,was told my responsibility to fix and claim money back, lights on front of van not working. Handed my notice in. I've left 8 weeks ago and still no payment. Contacted manager who gave me email address no answer still.. 2nd manager was Contacted again given email no response. These managers are all based in Hellofresh depot in Warrington and are not willing to help or support staff on wages query..Small Claims coming your way!!!!!

THE ONLY POSITIVE REVIEWS SEEM TO COME FROM FOUR OR FIVE ROMANIANS, WHICH IS HONESTLY AMUSING. PLEASE, SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Biggest liar Biggest Cheater Biggest fraud of UK courier sector they didnot pay my hard work money everytime new date then finally stop giving me reply. Their agent Monica is a big trap who gives you work and their owner Florine is his boss they trap new van people take work from them and when the time of payment comes after as they said 3 weeks they disappear.Stay safe and away from these thieves Romanian Group

I have worked with them for a couple of months due to needing a job otherwise I don’t think I could’ve done even a week,
They just lie lie and lie moved me about job places to job place making me wake up at silly times and get home late in the evening. They then terminated the contract with me for not replying for 2 days and haven t paid me for 2 invoices so they just eat away all your money and always lie about how much your going to get paid . AVOID IT AT ALL COST and I can t wait to see them in court .

The company it’s a scam they work with HIVED TOGETHER, they never pay for the services you provide, just ended my contract with them, and I haven’t received the invoice neither my payment for the services provided. I’m now going to take them to court. I’m not the only one other driver weren’t paid as well…

I'm still waiting for a delivery that was sure over 2 hours ago and not a single contract number to get any help. The company I have that's dispatched the item has now dropped them because of their poor service or communication.id advise against using them !!

Thieves. Not paying to drivers. If you ever decide to work for them keep in mind at some point they won't pay you.

Very dodgy company to work for! AVOID! I worked for this company for 1 month and still have 3 months have not been paid for the work I have done. Their phone numbers ring out or have a constant engaged tone, they do not reply to emails and the manager has blocked me. I will have to take them to court, this is exploitation and criminal! Do not work for this company!

The management is very rude. They say they will hold your 3 weeks income and when you leave job they will refund that amount but in reality they will never refund you the 3 weeks salary. Their support never respond to emails. Very unprofessional management. They treat drivers like slaves.

I’ve worked for this company for maybe 3-4 months I left them on good terms they owed me about £900 in wages which they were meant to pay me more than a month ago I’ve wrote several emails called no response no one seems to care and it’s embarrassing how a company can scam someone for there hard earnt money!!

Hi All! People please avoid this Company! I've never worked in my life for so kind BAD company! When you work on them's rented Van's , and when you have to return back could all fine, but after a couple of months they will send you an email as you need to pay some damages on there Van's which you driven before, even if you didn't done any damage! THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY IN THE UK! AVOID IT!!!

Hi there. I am working as a delivery driver for this company for almost 8 months now, give or take.... where to start?

I don't think there will be enough room for me to tell you all my toughts. But I will try to do my best.

After first weeks delivering for FDL my life truly had changed in good. From a guy who spends half of his time playing video games doing nothing productive, now, I am different person.

This job made me realized how unproductive I was. Now, I start thinking different, when I have some time to spent I already try to fulfill that time with productivity.

But the good time started with my manager at DBS3 (delivery station for amazon).

Thanks to him also, I have different thinking too. He's a great man with lot of oportunity in everything, in my opinion.

Now days I am going to work with positive attitude, and I am always happy.

I found this team a good company for my self, and because our manager, everything seems easy and professional.

If I had to recommend this company for someone? Yes, I already did this many times. I have old friends from my childhood who I am working with now.
And they always remember me how happy they are woth this job in this site(dbs3) with our manager.

I know now there are bad toughts for this too, but maybe this job is not for everyone.

Is a very good team and very nice atmosphere

I work in an enormous managed building where I have my bits and pieces delivered regularly. Today whilst sitting in my office I have been notified that the delivery failed because the business was closed. This place has 24 hour manning, a manned reception and currently about a dozen businesses are in here with well over 150 people working - no idea where he went, but it wasn't here.

3 times this company were used with different Food companies and on average the next day delivery would take over 3 days with tracking showing each day that parcel was out for delivery and returned to base! They obviously either never sent the parcels daily, or the delivery drivers are shockingly bad! But they truly are a shocking delivery service and both previous Food companies have stopped using them!!!

Very bad experience, be carefull with this company!!

Never dealt with them before and the parcel they have for me still hasn’t been delivered, zero customer service and so far 0/10. Avoid
