Arranged an appointment for quote/survey. Appointment 4 hour window. Phone message left will be with us in 20 minutes. No one turned up so rang office. Evidently even though you agree to the appointment you still have to confirm you will be in on the phone. Complete letdown. A wasted day for us. Fast fit !!!

Overall great service, and really liked working with them who gave us concise instructions of when to expect everything. My only hang up is that on their website it's not marked in red where you're viewing the door from when choosing what you want. This is typical of most bifold door websites and I'm hoping you folks can change this because it's a critical bit of information we need to pay attention to.

Doors well made, recommend them

Wow, I rang to enquire about a bi-fold door arrangement for our new sun room. The pleasant young lady told me because they had the item in stock I could have it delivered the NEXT DAY! I was amazed and so happy because my fitter had a time slot come available and was free for a couple of days. So my doors were in and looking great within a week of enquiry. He said they were easy to fit because the doors are already fitted to the frame and just need the glass fitting once in place. I went for the aluminium ones and they work and look brilliant.

I searched far and wide for decent quality doors, but the main issue I had was delivery time. Fast doors really were fast! They came in a few days; delivery guy was great and they look and feel really good quality. I work in music and the sound proofing is amazing.

I received the wrong coloured magnets so emailed customer service and they emailed straight back and posted out the correct ones for free. If only buying online was always this easy.

I’m very impressed with Fastdoors. The large 2.5 high bifold doors were very well made, the customer service was highly responsive and by putting my faith in them I’ve saved a considerable amount of money compared to paying for supply/install from a known brand. I would buy from them again and highly recommend them.

Excellent communication from the company. Delivered exactly when promised for a very good price. Quality of doors is first class and the company used cut down silicone tubes for packing, very innovative and recycling a usually throw away empty tube. My builder is OCD about everything he is an absolute perfectionist and he was impressed. Great product great service.

Excellent communications from ordering, to specifying the delivery date and the delivery driver calling to give me a timeline. Installed one of the doors and very easy to install. Great product and unlike most FAST deliveries this company actually is. Immediate call from the company to confirm everything and delivered on time. Will definitely use them again
