This is a Scam.
This is not a company. Company house shows dissolved. Tried contacting on website. The online chat disappeared when raised this as a scam. Do not trust.

*SCAM!!!* Purchased Dewalt pack via a Facebook advert for £9.95.
Thankfully Nationwide contacted me saying they've blocked a direct debit of ~£49 per month!

I put a review on trust pilot about fastertask and a scam and the on 30/6 I received an email stating they were trying to locate my order and wanting more information, name, address, email, telephone no and number on card. Has anyone else received this. The email was from helpdesk,com. Needless to say no information has been given as suspect another scam

Purchased 9.95 of toiletries on Facebook and then had a fraud alert from nationwide, Fastertask had attempted to set up a 39.95 monthly direct debit. I have blocked the company, with the help of the bank and will attempt to get the original 9.95 back through a fraudulent transaction. They deserve zero stars. A neighbours daughter also had exactly the same experience.

SCAM 100% scam and its people like this that is why the world is so screwed up.

This is a scam I got tricked into buying a SHEIN box for 99p. All they want is your account details they keep trying to take money out of my account. Because of this my bank account is closing down. This is a fraud company

Scammers !!! Trick you into paying £9.95 for something you don’t receive and the. Take £39..47 from account couple of days later . Had cancel cards and get bank involved

Scamming 3rd party, falsely directed to a site from Facebook that claimed to be a survey for Barilla Pasta and a pasta pack would be sent out for minimal postage fee, then they took AUD81.85 out of my account twice

These are nothing but robbing thieves. Paid 9.95 for something that never arrived. Then £39.47 taken from my bank twice now. Bank are investigating, but don’t make the same mistake I did.

Got suckered into sending fastertask money for a Dewalt promotion from screwfix after answering a survey. I’ve now blocked them from my account and will be raising it as fraud with my bank as soon as the money has left my account. Tried ringing fastertask, but no answer as expected 😡
Update. Fastertask rang back and it was an Asian woman who couldn’t speak a word of English, yet it’s supposed to be a legitimate business running out of Hemel Hempstead. SCAM !!

Take £9.95 postage/handling for a “free” DeWalt kit from Screwfix then 3 days later £39.47 for what? Do not give them your details, it is a disgusting scam!!!!

Scammers Beware. took £ 9.95 for P&P for bags of compost from B&Q then took £39.47 without authorisation and set up a DD for 39.47 monthly.
Called bank straight away and they will cancel the DD and dispute the 39.47 after 15 days to get it back.
Moral of the story ~if it looks too good to be true it probably is. !!

They took £9.95 then £39.47. Will be reporting to my bank as soon as it's out of pending. Disgusting scam.

They are scammers. I paid the £9.95 for a M&S box I never received so wrote it off . Then they set up a payment to take £39.47 out of my account every month. My card company have stopped them & are reimbursing me the £39.47. A lesson learnt if it is to good to be true it is .

Scammers- now trying to get my money back through credit card company. My credit card provider says they’ve had a load complaints about scamming today.

Great company if you’re a fan of being scammed!! 😁 I would rather be ran over by a lawn mower 995 times and drink around 5 litres of cyanide than praise this company in any way. If you want a quick bit of cash stolen, and a regular monthly transaction to donate some money to scammers, would recommend! Free toolkit my ***. Nice to see 100 1-star reviews 🤣🤣.

I would give this company fat zero stars if the Trustpilot website allowed.

I signed up for a one-off £9.95 toolkit promotion from Screwfix (who are in NO way connected with Fastertask as far as I know) and it never arrived. I was unable to contact Fastertask but wrote it off to experience as not being worth further follow-up.

With no authorisation what-so-ever, Fastertask then started billing my credit card £39.47 every two weeks! Their website says they provide management software of which I have no need and which I would never have knowingly signed up for and which I never received anyway.

Avoid like the plague!! Or rabid dogs!!

Tracking the apparent parent company (as shown on the website) Consult Tilt Limited, a private limited company based at what appears to be a residential address in Hemel Hempstead per Companies House lookup.

I have raised a complaint with my credit card company and advise everyone to think very carefully before dealing with Fastertask

SCAM. Took the original £9.95 for item I had won. This was for delivery. Have checked my bank account today and they have taken a further £39.47.
Cannot find a website to contact them. Now in the hands of the bank.
