What a fantastic business, Rob and his team must be commended.
I had a leak i thought coming from my windscreen ,but when the technicians came out they diagnosed an issue with my sunroof leaking and not the scrren.They took time to diagnose and explain it to me and were exeptionally professional,i asked how much i owed them and when they checked back with Rob in the office there was no charge,how wonderful for a business to exceed expectations in every aspect.

Needed a windscreen fitted. Called on the Wednesday, they were out on the drive on Thursday morning. Took about an hour. All good. I would use again and would absolutely recommend.

I had a towbar fitted by these jokers and quickly found that none of the electrics worked. I took my car back to them and after much head scratching they decided that the fault was with my car battery. I had the battery checked at Halfords, Quick Fit and by my local Volkswagen dealer and was told by all three that the car battery was fine. Unable to get to the bottom of the problem I took it to a specialist towbar fitter and his first comment on inspecting the electrical work was "Was this put in by Fastfit?" Connections were loose and duck taped together, the electrics were not appropriate for a Volkswagen and and one of the wires was rubbing against bare metal threatening a fire in the future. To rectify the utter mess they made of the electrics will now cost me an extra £300 on top of the £516 they charged me for substandard work. This I intend to get back through the Small Claims Court. My advice is not use these people under any circumstances.

My Son’s car sprung a leak. Took it to the Peugeot main dealer where he bought the car - “we don’t do windscreens!”. Fast Fit did and quickly. 3 months later leak returned so back to Fast Fit. Within an hour had a call to say problem identified (not the windscreen) rectified and dried out ready to collect in an hour. When collected as promised - no charge. Proper service from a proper family run business, thanks guys.
