I recently purchased over $5,000 worth of hardwood flooring from FastFloors.com, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I worked directly with Shannon, and he was outstanding from start to finish.

From the first call, Shannon was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to walk me through different hardwood options, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident in my decision before placing such a large order.

The pricing was significantly better than anything I found locally, which is what initially brought me to FastFloors.com. Even with shipping, the savings were substantial compared to big box stores and local showrooms.

Delivery was exactly as explained upfront. The flooring arrived in great condition, well-packaged, and everything matched what I ordered. No surprises, no issues.

Worked with Chris to get some tile, he quoted me 10 days to deliver and it's been 10 days since I bought it and it hasn't even shipped! No one ever responds and this whole process has been awful. Buyer beware.

This company is a joke!! Called to get a estimate for some Self Stick 24x24 Carpet Tiles and got the run around.Called to check up on estimate after about 2 days & they had the nerve to tell me someone else got the job that I was quoting.I was like how in the hell would you know this..I was like dude whatever,Christian the sales Rep online never really had the intentions to quote my job nor have the balls to call me.I had to call him.I ended up getting carpet believe it or not from Lowe's on this carpet and price I was given from them was unbeatable..Beware and don't waster your time on FastFloors.com they aren't fast at all..

Fast Floors are essentially spam and garbage. Do not purchase from them, unless you want to be given the run around and be scammed out of your money. I had communicated with Christian Diaz. I essentially told him I was not interested in purchasing through them anymore. So what does he do, he spams my email with several different variations of his email, so no matter how many email addresses I block of his I get the same annoying email. Don't believe a word of the below. Essentially they're crap.

Seller advertised a price on their flooring. When I made the purchase, come to find out that the price was with a rebate which you had to apply for by mailing in a form. I sent in a rebate form 6 weeks ago which amounted to 2% of the price. I called them to inquire about the rebate and was told they he would look into it and get back to me. He never did. I would be extremely unlikely to do bu with this company.

-Claimed they checked my order with a manufacturer, found out it wasn't in stock, and cancelled my order in less than 10 minutes.
-The "sale" price on the item ended and the price dropped 11 cents/SF. Checked this after manager claimed he removed the item.
-In actuality i suspect they just did not want to fill an 80SF order to support one of their repeat consumers.

Hard pass on future dealings.

Fastfloors, all customers asking questions are not very bright, not the word he used as they would not publish it,so I will not be purchasing item from them.

I have never been treated so badly. I called to get a price on a specific tile. Things seemed to be okay until he requested my email address. My response to him was simply that he could call me back with the price. (I am reticent to give out my email address to an online vendors I have never done business with before as I get enough junk email as it is.) His very blunt / rude response was that if I didn't give him my email address, they would not due business with me. (So wish I could better communicate his delivery.) WOW!! Yes, I did followup with a curse word while trying to explain why I don't like giving out my email address as in the past, I get bombarded with emails. He could have simply called me back with a price. Instead he follows up by saying I will do business their way or not at all. I know I shouldn't have used profanity, but the coarseness of his response just astonished me. Run from this vendor. There are so many more companies that value customers. This one doesn't.

Ordered flooring after giving item number on wood I had. Wrong flooring when it came!
Put in a claim....representative s were not interested in helping.
Never got back to me.

Not so Fastloors.com! We placed a flooring order on 12-4 that cost over $3000 and it just arrived yesterday 12-24 around 3:30pm. It was originally expected around 12-13 which would have been reasonable but the US Floors backordered 2 pieces of trim and inexplicably 'not so Fast Floors' put the order on hold and did not inform us until 12-17. After many calls and emails to the order clerk, I ask to speak to management and they never attempted to call or email us. FastFloors.com is not recommended!

My experience with Fast Floors was great. Clayton was very helpful and made sure everything went smoothly. He answered all my questions and even checked with the manufacturer on a few of them to make sure he was giving me the right installation instructions. He went above and beyond. I would highly recommend him.

I searched the internet looking to purchase hardwood flooring online. Every website seemed to have mixed reviews, but the savings were significant. I took my chances with FastFloors and have to say I was pleasantly surprised as the hardwood I ordered came with no issues and I saved a lot when compared to my local dealer. The only downside is the shipping did take a little over two weeks, however, they did explain that to me prior to my purchase. I don't leave many reviews but wanted to share my positive experience.
