Fast Flower Delivery Reviews 

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They need to reported ASAP. I paid £50 for Mother’s Day flowers and received nothing. I am in the process of reporting them to Citizen's Advice Bureau. They really need to be stopped. THIS IS NOT OK

I ordered from the American version of this website we're in the middle of a pandemic I moved two and a half hours away and this is the first year in 22 years of life that I would be away from my mother for her birthday so I wanted to make sure that flowers got to her quickly the normal flower shop that I would go to did not offer same day delivery so of course I go with these guys I spent $80 on flowers I ordered at 11:00 in the morning by 4:00 when I had to go to work no progress had been made they told me due to unforeseen circumstances they couldn't deliver my flowers and asked if tomorrow would be okay I said no because it was my mother's birthday because I called them out they sent me an email saying they refunded my money I'm going to check my bank account to make sure that I definitely get it back but this was just awful my mother didn't get flowers on her birthday because I put all my trust into this website and was unable to contact anyone else before it was too late

Didn't give me the flowers I ordered and just opened my door and put the flowers inside and yelled delivery without even knocking. I can't make this up. They didn't even give me the right flowers. Trying to get a refund right now. Save yourself from this awful company and order elsewhere

I ordered the flowers for next day delivery. The flowers never arrived and they don't answer the phone. I have not received a refund or any other communication.

This fraudulent company should be investigated.

I've reported this scam to the Citizen's Advice Bureau.

I was astonished and impressed that my order for flowers to be delivered reached my daughter in London less than 4 hours after I placed the order. I had looked at other websites, Waitrose, M&S, Bunches and interflora. None had been able to offer delivery within 4 DAYS. The driver even tried to contact my daughter a second time a few minutes after failing to get a reply and was able to arrange delivery. The flowers were not the exact ones that I had chosen but they were beautiful and delivered so quickly.
I was very concerned to read the reviews here, from 2020, and on the Fast Flower Delivery website from 2015, after I had ordered. I usually look before ordering!! I shall definitely use this site again. Perhaps they are under new management??

I read the reviews after purchasing so i was alittle worried i was going to be robbed.
The flowers came the very next day, i ordered a large pink Orchid. It was beautiful, fast delivery so im pleasantly surprised. The same day delivery is ONLY if you are IN London. I would order again.

Flowers never came and no response from anybody even over a week later.
Spent almost £50 and got nothing.

this same story, no flowers, money gone, I think they should be investigated

Ordered flowers for Mother's day and they never turned up. I emailed to complain and they did not reply.
THIS COMPANY IS A CON!
Update April 10th : I have emailed them twice with no reply and tried to call but they do not answer it says their message box is full and cannot receive any more messages so I guess I am not alone.

The flowers have never turned up and I couldn’t get anyone on their phone number. Plus it wouldn’t take messages as the mailbox was full! I’m now trying to just get my money back as they’ve taken that.

Promised same day....reality, delivery 4 days later.

Having used this company for their same day service, I paid the additional fee to make sure the flowers arrived In time. The Flowers never turned up!!

I was informed later that my postcode actually sat just outside the same day delivery area (I was not told this when entering my address details, nor when paying the extra same day delivery fee).

The proposed solution from the business was for the flowers to be delivered 4 days later. No refund offered, no real apology.

I am sure the product is great, I have just had a very disappointing experience and poor customer service. I wouldn’t be using these guys again
