Pretty good pos system, switched from Yoyo which was not the best, high fees and had always complaints.

Really good online ordering, customers like it and it’s growing week on week even in January, usually a slow period but managed to still get more orders than last month !

I moved to Fastfood after being with foodhub for just over 3 years, and have now currently used fastfood for 3 months but I can already see a huge improvement in not only the volume of orders but also the order amounts. They have provided me onsite support and the customer service team answer very quickly.

Very happy with the service and pos provided, customer support is excellent and the training provided to our staff was much appreciated, it made everyone know the system inside out and helped us alot from our old pos.

Very good system, have seen great growth week on week and they are super professional, at first the £100 a month seemed daunting but it’s totally worth it.

Really easy switch over from my last Epos provider. They offer the full solution so no need for multiple computers.

We can take phone orders on there, take online orders and take in store orders. Everything we needed.

They came and set up the pos machine and took images of our whole menu. Over all very happy with them so far.

Really smooth onboarding, had my pos set up by an engineer who also sorted out our internet connection issues.

Overall very happy with the online website, making more and more sales week on week.

The staff also love taking orders on it and say it’s the easiest pos they have ever used.

Only negative which they said will improve is I wish the payouts were a little faster.
