SCAM! DO NOT USE!
SCAM! They charge $90 to fill out a passport form for you! You still have to print it and mail it and pay the $130 passport fee! They mislead you into thinking they are applying for a passport for you! DO NOT USE!
Update - We never received an email with the filled out form anyway. When you google “US Passport Renewal” the first thing that pops up is a sponsored ad for your company telling people to apply through your website. Only in small print at checkout does it say you are just a site that fills out forms which we never received anyways. I, along with many others, have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau where your company has an F rating. Do better.

I’ll admit..I was skeptical
I’ll admit..I was skeptical. Why should I pay to have the form filled out but the service was fast, and the forms looked better than if I wrote the info by hand. I’ll tell you what..just bringing the forms to the post office and showing the postal person the forms..I think he was happier than I was because he did not have to help fill out the forms. He took the photo, stapled it, showed me the right envelope to use and created the money order. He put the stamp on it, handed me the tracking number and like five minutes later, I was done. Best decision ever!

More expensive to use this service
The form was easy to fill out.
The only thing I didn't like was the fast form cost me $69 and I could have saved that money by just sending in a form. Now they want $130 in addition which is kind of a rip off
