I was going to invest more money on this site but couldn’t log in as I forgot my password, tried to reset it and didn’t get the email. Already sent a few emails to the support and no answer, 4 days and nothing. That’s when I decided to check the reviews and I’m glad my password didn’t work so I’m not losing more money to this fake page.

I requested to have my money payed out back in 2020. I wrote them many emails asking when I could expect the payout to happen but they kept pushing back the date and then stopped responding in September, 2021.

This is a scam. DO NOT invest your money here.

I sent 3 emails + query using their form, transferred 1 EUR to add my new bank accounts... and nothing, I think nobody is there.

All of the emails were ignored. The new bank account is not added and I cannot withdraw any money.

I'm waiting over a month for an answer. Fast invest team are you there?

I'll try to call you tomorrow so you add my new bank account. (I will remove 1 star rating if you finally reply to my email).

TRAP - Do NOT do it. FAST INVEST is costly experience!!! I only sent money in without investing it and tested withdrawal. Since there were problems with it, I have decided not to invest on the platform and to withdraw all of the funds. They only allow you to withdraw a fraction of your money at the time (about 5%) and it takes over 1 month to get it. Well, that is the better scenario, before they stop sending the money all together. So, I´ve decided to close the account to get the reminding amount send to me. I filled the closure form 1 year ago, but never got any funds back. Ever since I am sending them every month an email asking about progress. Occasionally I get a reply as how busy they are and what various department are dealing with the issue. Anyway, I still don’t have my money back and am jut sadly looking at the balance of my account which to my surprise is still open!!!

I have tried many times to contact them peacefully. It has been waste of money and energy to deal with them. First they used COVID as an excuse, now what is your excuse? I asked you a year ago to close my account, however you did nothing after 1 year. I signed the papers and everything, but to no avail.

Fraud scam, do not respond or pay out on request. Already asked 4 to 5 pay outs, one per month. None have been paid.

They don’t process withdrawals and stop communication once you start asking questions about it.

My registration in June 2020 went totally well and I received response from customer service and employees within one working day (!). That was fantastic.

Unfortunately that great support stopped immediately once I did my first withdrawal. No information, no reply to my questions concerning the time line. The withdrawals are „reserved“ since 2 years.

I don’t see other option than to appoint a local lawyer and debt collection firm to get this resolved and share this warning to all of potential new customers.

Simona Vaitkune C.E.O. of Fast Invest was accused of fraud and failure of the credit union Taupkase! And now commits the same crime by defrauding investors of Fast Invest!

They even stopped to pretend to be legit...Trustpilot says they "Replies to negative reviews in < 2 days"... the last reply was 8th February 2022...(this says something also about the legitimacy of Trustpilot itself...they can't pilot that trust very well :-/ )...so yeah, we are done here, next dead P2P, but unlike others, they have no shame...just remember...the blonde wannabe entrepreneur is enjoying our money now, while sucking dangling stick of her rotten ancient half-dead half-deaf dad she calls her husband...don't invest your hard made money in Lithuanian scams...

I started using Fastinvest for fun, just to see how it works. It was okay, but I decided to withdraw my funds to invest it somewhere else.

I have made several withdrawal requests, but none of them have been honered. I would like a swift solution, Fastinvest!

For anyone else: do not invest with these people!

I invested 100 euros just to see how it works, in the end I got 20 euros (after a year or so), but after the pandemic I decided to get my money back, because I have others plans for it and then for my surprise I cant withdraw more than 6 euros per month or 6 euros per transaction, but I have to pay 1,5 euros to them.

That's not fair.

Now over a year ago I cancelled my account, untill now I haven't gotten one cent of my money back. They keep blaming it on covid and keep saying your payment is on an active waiting list... that's if you even have the luck that they reply to your mail, because that's almost as impossible as getting your money back.
They used to have a chat room where you could talk to customer service (apparantly they all had the same name), but they deleted that option from the app/website.
DO NOT "INVEST" WITH FASTINVEST, the only thing fast is you losing your money

Despire frequent contact with Fastinvests support, I have been unable to withdraw my money since December 2020. That's 1.5 years ago.

And now, Fastinvests support has stopped responded to my requests.

Do not give these people your money! You will never get it back. I’ve been trying to get my 472€ for a little over a year now.

Around a year ago I wrote I review concerning some outstanding payments. In the meantime they did not improve and none of the payouts was successful.

Please FastInvest, start paying out and win back my trust!

I've been waiting to receive my money back for more than 1 year.... and NOTHING! Just pending, pending... They are criminals. Watch Out!!

They are unprofessional, Very much a scam company that almost cost me thousands. When i asked for a manager he was rude and very unrealistic telling me to keep investing. Capital,tungate later handled my refund.

That's the 4th review I make because have been more than 2 years since I'm trying to take out my money from this company. They'll promise good returns, DO NOT BELIEVE in It, once you money is there you cant take it out. I have lost almost €400,00 they do not let me take anything for more than 2 years. STAY AWAY
