SCAM - fake advertising and pricing
The company advertise a patch logo for a backpack sample at £0.01 plus £6.99 shipping. I ordered it, paid the £7. Then had an email saying my order has been cancelled. I contacted customer service and was told I needed to pay £48 !
Total SCAM. No sign of my £7 back either.
False advertising.
Order cancelled without notice
We place our order, confirmed the artwork and the had our delivery date confirmed and a email to say our order was in production. 4 days later i received an email just stating that our order had been cancelled. I call to find out what was happening and was told "Nah, we don't do that anymore".
I would say don't order from these chancers but i'm not sure it's possible

I have no idea how these people still operating. Advertise something on the web, I have placed a table runner with my design. Which was paid via paypal and it
(order no: 440066295) was cancelled the next day saying customer requested refund. Which is complete rubbish. I have tried to open a chat which does not work, tried to rang which did not worked. So I gave up and will go elsewhere with my order.

Amazing service
Amazing service! I was so worried after reading the reviews, but turned out so fast and responsive. Within less than two weeks I received the order and my design looks great with their embroidery at a very good cost. Loved it!

Avoid - FastLanyard won't deliver unless additional customs charges of around 60% of the total invoice are paid. These costs were hidden at the point of purchase. Customer service are argumentative and have poor communication. Business feels like a scam from a Chinese company posing as British.

Avoid! I placed an order on their website for a table runner for my business. I paid via PayPal and used a new customer 15% discount. My order came to under £6 but that's using my own provided logo. Shortly after placing the order I got a refund, and when I queried it they said that it would cost £125 to domy order and they wouldn't do it for what I paid!!!!
Why have that on your website to purchase then??? Rubbish!!!!

Don’t order from them
The package has been delivered to a FedEx depot approximately an hour away. The customer service team informed me that I must pick it up from the depot. This situation is completely unacceptable, as it should have been delivered to our address.

Bad bad customer service
Ordered from them a few times, last order they got it wrong, sent me my last design not the new one even though I sent it over several times. Then offered new customers 20% off so I messaged saying can you send my original order with this discount? They were very rude and said no. Il never order from the again. Their customer service is shocking
Perfect experience
I ordered koozies (can coolers) and the print quality is perfect and they were delivered earlier than promised. There was a tracking number all the way through the process. The offering is more expansive AND cheaper than UK based companies I've used previously. I couldn't be happier with the experience.
I had read so many bad reviews on trustpilot for this company but took the risk and I'm glad I did. I put most of these bad reviews down to people who didn't order early enough before their event.
Extremely mediocre
First off, FastLanyard ship straight from China, which is quite misleading, but the shipping was extremely fast even still so I can’t complain.
The finished product was mediocre at best. The print quality is quite bad, the materials are super cheap and the colour matching is not even in the same universe. Don’t expect the finished thing to look anything like what you design.
The ordering process, however, was horrible. The website is super confusing, and I was called 8 times by whoever the customer service person is, to review the design and pay. EIGHT TIMES over 24 hours, at after reasonable working hours too. It was incredibly annoying.
If everything else was the same and they just didn’t call me eight times my review would be better. Very nasty sales tactics.

Comms from the start were excellent and all amends to our proofs were made quickly. We were given an estimated delivery time of May 3rd and final delivery was made over a week earlier than that and the can coolers we ordered look great. We’ll be using these guys again.
A very poor experience with this company
We've had a very poor experience with this company and I would not recommend using them. The lanyard we received was an entirely different colour and the company referred us to the pantone.com website which had not been part of the ordering process at all. We had purchased their insurance and they said it didn't apply. (I admit to not reading all the insurance small print at point of order).
Not truthful
Not truthful, keep calling me to final a sale. Email addresses do not work and all bounce back. Looking at the other reviews I am glad I aborted the choice to use them.
Unreliable
Have ordered from this company 3 times. The first time I was very happy with the product, the second time the prints were very messy and badly cut and a different spec was used. The last time, I ordered the same spec of my first order, and our logo came out a very different colour. Customer service is poor and blunt, they always try to argue that the product is correct. Branding is important to a company, so you'd think they would make the effort to get it right!

Terrible customer service and incorrect…
Terrible customer service and incorrect printing. They admitted they printed out order incorrectly due to staffing changes and the notes on our reorder not being clear on their end. Despite admitting fault they then refused to reprint out lanyards and were incredibly rude. Don't waste your time or money.

Lied about delivery date
Lied about delivery date, loads of links on their website are doggie, you cannot leave a review on their website, both numbers (international and local) lead you to the same person with screaming kids in the background. If that does not deter you I do not know what will!!! This is not even half of it they did not keep me updated with the order or that the date had changed etc. My advice is stay away as far away as you can. Rather go without than order from here!!!!!!!
