The company isn't responsive in a timely way. When over $200.00 is at stake this doesn't work for me. When they did respond to my request to send a swingset back that I found on Amazon for over a $100.00 less...THE EXACT SAME ONE..THEY SAID THEY ARE GOING TO CHARGE A 15% RESTOCKING FEE. THEY ALSO SAID IF IT HAD BEEN USED THEY WOULD NOT OF TAKEN IT BACK AT ALL. They are a thrid party seller through SEARS. Sears has always been amazing, but with third party sellers like FastMedia, they are showing less integrity than I've ever experienced. Get rid of FastMedia Sears! Please!
Never ship out the item, no answer and on Amazon always a standard useless message, "someone will contact you" what never happend. Cheater Shop
Place an order on a Saturday, then cancelled a couple of hours later when I saw the 3 week expected delivery. Order was showing "Attempting to Cancel" for 6 days and then they shipped. When I asked what happened, they said their system is all automated and I could return it when it arrived. I sent the order back immediatley and now 4 weeks later I'm still waiting for my refund. No response from them. HORRIBLE company. Do not order from them, they will rip you off.
I received a used and defective EyeVac Professional.
I’m beyond disappointed. The unit I received was clearly a returned and defective product—it even arrived with a “Defective Merchandise” slip still taped to the box. The packaging was battered, the internal packing materials were haphazard, and the unit was not properly assembled.
I specifically purchased the EyeVac Professional because it was recommended by Amazon and listed through what I believed was a reputable seller. After waiting several weeks for delivery, I opened the box to find someone else’s rejected return.
To make matters worse, I’m now being told I must pay return shipping for something that never should have been sent out to begin with.
Buyer beware: this experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I would caution others from ordering this product through this seller.
Ordered a table off amazon and it never arrived. The company marked it as delivered on 12th February but it wasn't ordered until 9th April so I get a feeling they are a dodgy outfit and should be avoided !!!!
Broken Le Crueset arrived in a damage free box. Return via Amazon requires “permission” to return from the seller. After reading company reviews I saw that this has happened to others - broken item shipped and blamed on the courier. They did not respond until Amazon became involved then I received a reply the next day where they blamed the courier. I refused that explanation and asked for a return. Was sent a shipping label that was not prepaid and item needed to be returned in 7 days of receiving. These are broken dishes - why after sending pictures do they want broken dishes back? This is at the customers expense which would be expensive due to the weight and there's no guarantee of a refund. I responded asking for a prepaid return label or a refund and got the robot answer that my item had been shipped. I’m shocked Amazon houses this seller with all the negative reviews. It takes less than a minute to find out they are fraudulent including from the BBB. In the end we went back and forth multiple times with replys that didn't address my questions. When they offered a partial return I got Amazon involved again and ultimately got a full refund. So beware - be ready for an intense back and forth and a couple of phone calls to Amazon if you run into issues with them.
Do not do service with them. Bad customer service.
Unfortunately, this "reseller" does not provide updates for expected delivery date. After attempting to contact them, no response (3 emails sent) as to the status of my order (made 6 weeks ago).
Terrible company. Terrible service. Very unresponsive. Reseller with no real value to the market.
They buy cheap stuff on Amazon US and resell it to other countries at much higher prices. In my case they exported an item outside the US and that made me unable to make a warranty claim, as that service was available in the US only. I contacted the seller multiple times, but every time they pretended not to understand my complaint. Awful company.
Nothing good to say about this company, Customer service is not in their vocabulary. I ordered a white tarp and received a grey coloured product. Company wanted me to ship it back at my cost. I shamed them
into sending a prepaid shipping label. Sent it back and was returned because the address was wrong. They would not send a second prepaid label. I ordered a second white tarp and they sent me another grey tarp???? Then wanted me to pay the
shipping for both tarps and they would reimburse me partially for the shipping.... Can't trust them---do not
want to ship everything back and not be paid??
Now I have 2 not white tarps that are useless to me...
