I have been stalking Fast Printing for a long time. Being a small business, you can be full of doubt because every dollar spending counts.
I eventually took the step with Fast Printing and am really happy with how seamless the process is. Delivery to Canada is about 1.5 weeks. The quality is good.
I gave it 4/5 stars because I only wish they have a client account portal where it logs your orders or re-ordering and also, where you can transacting everything together, as opposed to one transaction for label.

I recently used Fast Printing for a batch of promotional thank you cards, and I am extremely satisfied with the service I received.
The print quality was outstanding! The thank you card came out crisp, clear, and vibrant—exactly as I had hoped. It was evident that the materials used were high-quality.
My order was delivered much faster than I expected! I was on a tight deadline, and they managed to complete and ship my order ahead of schedule, which was a huge relief.

Great product , extremely disappointing service.
First off I want to take a moment to express my appreciation for the exceptional work the company as done. I recently ordered business cards from them, and I was thrilled with the final product. The representative I worked with was a true pleasure to collaborate with.
However, my recent experience, left me feeling both disappointed and perplexed. I have been working with one of the sales managers regarding a custom label project with specific finishes. Despite my efforts to communicate clearly through visuals and inspiration photos, certain elements were overlooked in the mock-ups multiple times . I ended having to repeat myself through the process as each mock up came back incorrect. When I asked for certain colors / paper the sales manager had no idea what I was referring to. He offered finishes that in the end couldn’t be accomplished. He failed to inform me in the beginning when I first requested it.
Initially, the communication felt quite vague, and I struggled to find solutions or receive constructive input. I requested to connect with a graphic designer multiple times; however, this connection was delayed until the last moment, and I unfortunately did not receive the promised follow-up call. He said my phone went to voicemail . Have no idea why as I was by my phone for the time frame of the call. He also mentioned that they are a printing company not a graphic design company and the designers they do have don’t work directly with clients. I found this to be confusing as they offer graphic design assistance on their website . I went as far as going on their website to select graphic design assistance and filled out the form and still didn’t get a response .
This experience was particularly disheartening, as I really like the company’s product and have even invested in their entire swatch collection. Ultimately, I felt somewhat dismissed throughout this process. It’s truly heartbreaking as this was project I have been nurturing for quite some time.

Upon reviewing your order, our graphic designer advised the account manager that certain finishes were not suitable due to size limitations, purely to avoid production issues.
After your multiple requests outside of our usual process, it seems like your sales person made an exception to allow direct communication, and we sincerely apologize that this connection did not go through as intended.

Stickers with foil
I ordered custom shaped stickers with foil print.

Misleading images not connected to actual product in listing
After multiple back and forth emails i was sure i had every element clarified, however I still received an unsuitable product. Images displayed are misleading, what I thought i was purchasing was infact made on a completely different machine with a minimum order of 500. So the no minimum order was also misleading on top of this Australian business based on Sydney then printing in Korea.
I got no resolution and was constantly forwarded back to the staff member who was terrible at communicating and explaining his product.
Update: the image type they are referring to below is one of the example photos on the page I purchased from. I stated white on clear as shown in on the website and was told this is what i was purchasing. It was not.

Once your order was delivered, you shared an image of the result you had in mind, and Jay—your dedicated sales manager—explained that the finish shown in your reference is a white foil printing process, which is a premium option and significantly more expensive than the AUD $77.40 paid for your order. Our team clarified this during the email conversation and also offered a discounted upgrade option so you could achieve that specific foil finish. However, it seems we did not receive a response after that stage.
