We have been loyal customer of Fastquote insurance for almost 4 years.
Unfortunately it is the end of the road for us and we won't use Fastquote ever again to insure our company vehicles.
The fact that your insurer is avoiding any phone calls is ludicrous, and we are the first to highlight this issue.
We decided to contact the FCA and PRA to check on them if they are following the regulatory frame set by the main bodies.

This business wants your money but doesn't want to do anything for it. You have to see them as a way of proving you have insurance but not really having any as they don't want to speak with you.

I have a big problem and I don't know who to solve it with. One company keeps passing it on to another. I bought 1 insurance policy from Fast Quote, 1 insurance policy from GoSkippy Insurance and 1 tire purchase from Halfords. All 3 guarantee that they made the refunds, but it never goes back to my husband's Monzo card. Monzo claims that they need to provide an ARN code from the purchases in order to find it and that there is no record of any refund for them. I have already requested this code from 3 places and none of them gave it to me. I just want the money back urgently. Thank you!

never heard of this company, yet I am getting emails every day from them. If this is how they operate, I want nothing do with them. pests

UNACEPTABLE!!

It's crazy to believe that an insurance company only provide customer service support via email.

If they were proactive i would have no issues at all, however, I am stuck at home losing daily earnings and potentially paying a penalty by the customer for delays.

Being a loyal Fastquote customer, I won't be renewing next year.

A great company ,especially their customer service which is fast and friendly and sorted any queries and questions I had with utter professionalism and good cheer.
Will definitely use them again in future if the need arises,I would not go anywhere else.
