Avoid where possible !!

We initially approached fast sale to but our house and silvesta was very helpful and lovely... the offer then dropped twice leaving us in negative equity.. we still decided to accept the offer and then 2 weeks later apparently they could no longer buy our house.

We have since found out that leaving us in negative equity is actually illegal and fast sale should be ashamed of themselves.. complete cowboys

We had a place which needed to be sold, and we turned to Fast Sales Today. We understood that the price would be about 85% of the markey value (although on the phone, even 90% was promised to be possible).

A surveyor was booked and visited, but took ages to report (it's certainly not fast), requiring me to chase them up, and then a "guaranteed offer" was made at just under 75% of their surveyed Market Value. We would have not been in negative equity, but only just. Then a day after we reluctantly accepted the offer Robby the Director calls me to explain that his lenders were jumpy and they had to further drop the offer (which would have put us into negative equity) and offer a profit share if the sale was over a certain point. I thought this was strange as their FAQs (which you can check on their website) claimed that they had all their own money, no lenders. It all clicked in that this was essentially a scam, and some people desperate and committed, would be forced to take it. Not us.

Don't be lured into this business model, for if you do, they will try and rip you off.

Very poor service and a total waste of time. Complete lack of communication, made a written offer, which I accepted, was advised that next stage would be an appointment with surveyor/local agent, nothing ever received, I followed up twice by email requesting and update, no further contact until out of the blue over two weeks later a call from Silvesta asking me how we were getting on had we made any decisions yet ! He then backtracked stating been out of office and a colleague had not updated notes etc. However he would sort out with Shannon and arrange the call immediately. Surprise, Surprise, no call or progress made to date..

Cannot be trusted! make you a offer the phone, email this, then ring you trying to knock you down again thousands. These people should be used if you are desperate and are not bothered about getting loads under market value? Con man , there should be a law put against these people, so they cannot prey on individuals

Don't do it. All of these 5 star reviews are fake. Here's what they'll do. They'll offer you a certain amount. Lower then the value of your property which you know and expect given you have come to them in the first place for a "fast sale" which 9 times out of 10 in wont be. At the last minute they will drop the offer even further hoping you are desperate enough to accept. Don't do it. Keep your pride rather then giving these guys thousands they don't deserve. They'll take just as long as it would take going down the usual route. They'll just rob you of tens of thousands of pounds. There's help out there. Don't give up and sacrifice what little you have to the scum that run these type companies.

It was all done in a timely manner.
The experience was pleasant enough.
I probably won’t use again however due to the process I would highly recommend

I dealt with sylvestre and at the time I was mega stressed with selling my house...sylvestre took control and made it all good..he kept me well informed and put my mind at ease..very professional...he was a man of his word and I'm very thankful for that...everyone I spoke to were very good too...at one point I was losing the plot and gave people grief on the phone..but that was due to other things...they dealt with that situation impeccably...so thank you all..and and a massive massive massive thank you to sylvestre...cheers dude...

Email offer of £170,000 then 4 days later only wanted to offer £150,000.
Stay away from this company.

A smooth service since the first phone. They assured me that they would buy my house and they did! I had been messed around by other companies that said they would buy the property but then needed investors and they couldn’t even do that. Highly recommended!

Presently surprised, not like other companies that promise fair valuation and market value these guys do! Highly recommend less stress than selling your house the conventional way!

Yes we didn't get full market value, but we had already accepted this when deciding to sell down this route.
We had struggled for months on the market and just needed to wrap this sale up without any further stress, fast sale did that for us. There were no added or hidden costs, and everything was arranged for us. A special thanks to Kathryn and Amy for guiding us through the entire process.
