Ali was awesome! 👌 I made a booking in the morning and received a call within a few minutes to confirm it and set a time. We agreed on an approximate time for the afternoon, and he arrived right on schedule. He got to work immediately, and within half an hour, my Microsoft Surface Pro 7 was fully functional and back in perfect working order! Thank you for the excellent service!

Not fast. Not repaired. Dreadful service.
These people have had my two PCs for ten weeks. In that time they have not read my WhatsApp messages. Not replied to voicemail messages, despite saying that they reply within ten minutes. Not replied to my emails.
The WhatsApp chat facility on their website doesn’t work.
They don't appear to have an actual office in Holborn, they just 'borrow' a reception area.
I now believe this is all an elaborate scam to steal equipment and, possibly, data.
Avoid them!

The service is fine but inferior battery
The service as such is great as not many will change a battery on a Microsoft Surface. I was told it would be a like for like swap but the replacement battery is clearly inferior. Barely runs two hours on a full charge, whereas it did up to five or six on a new Surface.

I had a problem with my iPad
I had a problem with my iPad, and I called Fast UK Repairs Ltd. I spoke to Ali, who I found polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful, he collected the iPad had it repaired and returned it in 24 hours.
I would not hesitate in using the company and Ali again.
