Useless company have had a terrible experience from start design i ordered with original kit never arrived even though it was apparently sent 3 times by royal mail. Did get it by email only however the length of the zones on the design were so far out the supplied pipe wasn't long enough leading me to buy this extra coil. Paid for overnight pre12 delivery it didn't arrive until a day after this causing delay on the job. Was delivered to the wrong house over 500m away and driver put down the wrong house name so had to go find it myself. Spoke to 2 different people about refund for delivery was told I'd be rung back still waiting wouldn't use this company again terrible customer service.
