Very simple to put down, make sure that you measure and plan before starting, have a decent sharp knife and ruler so that you make the most of what you have to ensure full coverage. easy to use and a good product.

The employee taking the order recommended I ordered two extra boards. I am installing it in the kitchen and although the electric mats need to finish at least 100mm before the units but the boards should go right up to the units

This product basically DOES NOT WORK; even good quality, flexible tile adhesive DOES NOT STICK to this material. Having laid the floor, with adhesive between floor and these boards as well as tiles on top of these boards, the entire floor delaminated in less than 3 days. This has left my floor in a mess (as the adhesive does adhere to the floor!) and written off the tiles (as again, the adhesive does adhere to the tiles!)... I now have to tile the room all over again ... after somehow removing perfectly good adhesive from the floor.

Get the 10mm thick version as the duct for the sensor is deeper than the insulation board if you get these.
