Replaced 12 older Heatmiser PRT 12v thermostats using these new Neostats, in order to be able to control them via the internet and the Neo app on my phone. The new devices are wired into the existing UH1 12v wiring centres, making the upgrade relatively simple. The existing Blue/yellow network cabling and existing Touchpad are no longer used, and superseded by the Neo app. The old PRTHW devices cannot be replaced by a single Neostat device. You will need two Neostat devices, one for room control via thermostat, and another for radiator circuit control via config as a time clock. All works fine; some advice on wiring into the UH1 device may be required (read the manual !). Initial pairing with the new Neohub can be slow especially for more distant meshed devices, but once paired and configured the system works very nicely. Note that if a device is locked, you cannot set the temperature via the dial on the Neo app, but you can set it by editing the profile. It's not clear from the manual; some trial and error required. Had one device fail out of 14 ordered. Very helpful customer service to get it replaced. Delivery is very quick from Fastwarm (usually next day) and I'd recommend them.
