The survey comes too soon after delivery: these thermostats will not be installed yet for about 2 weeks, so I cannot comment on how easy they are to install, or how they perform. Provided they are compatible with the previous Heatmiser system installed in 2025 in phase 1 of the works, all should be well.

Hello I am still waiting on a refund. As this was returned un opened ..as it was not correct for pur heating system Please look into the refund. Thank you I them purchased another one suitable and paid for that independently.

Besides the Stat , Fast warm as a company absolutely exceeds expectations. It's not if things go wrong it's how they are resolved. I've not seen any company better in this respect. Absolutely 100% recommend and would use again.

Used before in a professional capacity these are currently the best. Read the user manual carefully as it's a bit counter intuitive first time you come across it but seems obvious once you've done it the first time!
