I was missing a part of my delivery. I got onto Customer Service and spoke to Caroline. She was able to resolve the issue immediately. Excellent customer service. Thank you Caroline.

There was an issue with the initial delivery. I contacted Vedraj in Fastway customer care and he and the delivery driver resolved the issue in a prompt and professional manner.
