Negligent, grifting shop in violation of OHS regulations and Consumer Protection

This shop is negligent, unsafe, unprofessional, and does not care for their customers. Their workspace is in violation of WorkSafeBC OHS guidelines (4.33 Arrangement of work areas) as they do not have safe pedestrian areas to access their office, and had me duck under a raised car lift multiple times. They also nearly crushed one of my tires with their lift while I was standing beside, which would have destroyed my tire and potentially injured me had I not yelled for them to stop. The repairs they diagnosed me for and charged me for were completely false and unnecessary, as a different auto shop later confirmed and advised me of. The repair was also faulty as it left my right wheel assembly with a dangerous amount of play. When confronted with this, the owner was extremely rude and dismissive and violated Consumer Protection laws by refusing to provide me a copy of my repair authorization. When confronted about the OHS violations and a bungee cable that they dangerously left inside of my suspension coils, he replied “I don’t care.” and dismissively said I could sue him if I wanted me documents.
