Ordered sony headphones via amazon from this company.Sadly they don't seem to check if they are working as only the left side was.Amazon have a policy of the seller having to send out as described which was supposed to be good & refurbs have to be in working order.They expect you to send a defective product bk & pay postage.I don't see why anyone should have to do that.Many complaints on Amazon about poor customer service, but you only see that part while contacting them to make a complaint.The other odd thing was on the box which seemed to be only part of the origional packaging was it saying fully charge before using, which I did.I watched a review of the headphones & unboxing on utube & tbh I can't even tell if they are real.Sony are my go to headphones & kids dad checked them out by bringing over other headphones ,even he said he wasn't sure they were real.They could improve by hiring people to actually check the products work.

Hello. I checked the order database fatbat.uk store and we do not have any orders with your name. The Amazon store is run by a separate department of the company. There is response from Amazon team: Yesterday, after business hours, a report of a faulty product was received. Today at 8:38am our employee approved the RMA and sent information about free return shipping - this is a standard procedure used in our company for years. We apologized for the faulty product (this is the first return, out of over 550 sold) and we have already reported the problem directly to the company dealing with refurbishment. We understand your frustration, but as you can see above - the negative opinion affected the store where you did not place the order (orders on Amazon have the option of leaving opinions on this marketplace). The report of a defective product was made after business hours, so you did not give our colleagues from the Amazon team time to react appropriately. This morning you received an email with an approved RMA and a free return label. I understand that you may feel aggrieved, for which we are very sorry, we always try to make our customers happy and we do everything to ensure that our service and products are of the best quality. Once again we are very sorry, if you want to give us another chance please contact support@fatbat.uk and we will send you a voucher to our store.
UPDATE: Amazon team just contacted us. You have blocked receiving messages in your Amazon account settings - so none of the sellers even have the possibility to contact you to send a return label or answer any questions...

Dodgy product - never buy again
Bought a pair of supposedly new Sony MX5 headphones from here around 1-2 months ago.
The product arrived it the orange company bag and with a leaflet printed on a A4 piece of paper too small to read. I found this very dogdy but was thinking that maybe this is due to the fact that they might have originally purchased the product somewhere else and are now reselling it. Now, I have been looking into the headphones on the official website of Sony again and it turns out that the case for the headphones also is not the original. I'm incredibly angry and disappointed. Don't buy from them. God knows what else is counterfeit here.

Very quick delivery
I got a refurbished astro A10 headset and it's really good and I was surprised how quick the delivery was. It was delivered the next day and I didn't get any premium delivery options so I was pleasantly surprised.

Buy with caution
Product arrived quickly. Reasonably priced. The product I bought however was advertised as new but when it arrived it was not in original branded packaging, and had a sticker saying "refurb" attached to it. The product seems to work well enough but the difference between what was advertised and what I bought is disappointing/concerning.

Carlinkit 5.0 (2air)
I purchased a Carlinkit 5.0 (2air) to use on my Honda NT1100 motorcycle, I was fed up with problems caused by a wired connection, TBH I wasn't even sure if this would work with my bike! But it does, and really well to, from the Carlinkit powering up it takes around 8-9 secs to connect, no lag. Really happy with my purchase and the prompt service.
