Great customer service! I enjoy riding my Echo so much I began using it year round and then changed the fat tires and wheels for 27.5 wheels and 3 inch tires for the summer and sold my full suspension 29er. Now I own a Crestone as well and use the Echo until the snow falls.

An amazing bike. I don't remember what possessed me to build a hardtail fatbike, but I'm glad I did. I'm 5'10 and I feel like the medium frame is a perfect fit. The Crestone's geo is playful while maintaining pedal efficiency. I like the fact that the bike is crazy light without compromising strength. It has survived many runs at Angel Fire, NM
bike park. I took 2 wheel sets. 27.5x3.8 proved to be fun, but the 26x4.7 was a blast. Nothing was off limits. I jumped everything that I normally would have on trail or DH bike. Including a good size road gap. Highly recommend this bike.

Bike came quickly, very very well packed. Easy to assemble. I enjoy the bike a lot, got the flume, with bluto fork. Nice.

Love my bike. Trying to create more converts over to the Fat Bike family of cyclists. The bike is really fun to ride and very forgiving when you make a mistake.

Their bikes are an excellent value, especially the demo models (I’m very happy with my demo Flume). The finish on my frame is not as durable as I wanted (wiping mud off with my hand left small but visible scratches), but otherwise I’m totally happy with the bike. I bought it in person and was helped by the owner who also generously offered to swap out or exchange the frame for the first month of use, just ensure I was “totally happy” with the size, model, frame material, features, etc. Thanks for the swag too!

FIrst of all Borealis bikes are great! They are good on trails and snow.
I have had to deal with them directly and the service is great, and they answered my questions right away and my problem was resolved quickly.

Extraordinary is the only way to describe.... I bought two.... One XL which has kept my 6'5, 270 lb body rolling across the dunes or deep snow with ease. The other small for a woman who had never ridden a bike before.... At all. She's gliding over the same terrain. They are admired by fat bikers, cross country skiers we pass, and families trudging through the dunes.... I'll be buying more for the rest of the family!!!!!

Absolutely love my new Borealis. I ride this bike as my primary on the trails of Northern California and it has performed admirably. Customer service has been excellent and they stand by their product.

The best bike I ever rode and Steve was a very nice gentleman to deal with he was very helpful as we had travelled from Northern Ireland and he took time to show us round the workshop 👍👍👍
