If I could score ZERO I would.
Absolute horrendous experience so far. The bike broke after a month, a known issue with this model, and now after trying to get it repair for nearly 2 months the repair place say they can’t get the part from the manufacturer. It’s been in their shop for nearly a month.
DISASTER!! AVOID! DO NOT BUY!!

NOT RECOMMENDED SHOP - CUSTOMER SERVICE/CLAIMLANE IS BAD
First of all I bought an ebike at 23.30 and did not see the bike the next day. When on their website it says "buy before 23:59, get it tomorrow in your house". This is a lie. I got it not the next day but the day after on a Thursday. The bike that I got was supposed to be NEW and only assembled. I got an USED and DAMAGED product. To even get any news I had to wait till next week Tuesday. They send me 3 messages and disappeared. Wednesday they send 1 message and again disappear. I told them I needed the bike ASAP. But they dont give a fk about you as a customer. I reached out on whatsapp, e-mail but their customer service keeps claiming that it has to be done through "claimlane" which are btw the ones that don't answer and makes you wait for days even if you answers RIGHT AWAY. I was ok for an replacement and even gave dates to exchange, but because they arent responding I am the one suffering immensely of this disgusting long wait for something this simple that could have been fixed if they just opened the chat and took right away action. I will never ever buy or do business with them again, so I requested a FULL REFUND. Now I have to WAIT again for their lazy asses. They taking so long to answer and every time its going nowhere. Seems like a total scam and I am literally stuck with a used/damaged bike they send me.

This company deserves zero stars ratings but it is not possible to give zero stars.
I have purchased a fat bike from them and regret my decision to choose them.
There are several issues with them. My first experience started with bad and it went worse going forward.
- The delivery was delayed by one day
- The fat bike speedometer was hanging on a single screw and one screw was missing under it.
- They didn’t deliver the screws with the accessories they provided
- When I raised a complaint about all these issues they said they will get back to me in 5 days and it has been over 10 days and no one is bothered to help. Every time I contact them they say they will get back to me in 5 days.
Think twice before you buy anything from them. There services are the worst.

Paid for service, never delivered – refund handled incorrectly
I had a very disappointing experience with Fatbikeskopen as a first-time customer.
From the beginning, there were multiple issues with my order, specifically regarding a Loqater GPS tracker and subscription that I paid for but was never properly delivered or activated. Despite several emails and even contacting the GPS provider directly, they could not find me in their system. This clearly shows that the service I paid for was never set up.
What is even more concerning is how the refund was handled. Instead of simply returning my money to my bank account, the company decided on their own to process part of the refund through a financing provider (SprayPay), without my permission. This is unacceptable. If a customer pays directly, the refund should go back to that same payment method.
Communication has been slow, unclear, and at times unprofessional. I had to chase them repeatedly for answers and corrections, which should not be necessary for such a basic issue.
Eventually, they acknowledged the mistake, but the process to correct it has been unnecessarily complicated and frustrating.
As a customer, you expect transparency, proper service, and respect for how your money is handled. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations.
I hope they improve their internal processes, because situations like this can seriously damage trust.

I have already contacted you multiple times by email and phone regarding this issue, and until now nothing has been properly resolved. You are asking me again to send my problem by email, while I have already done that more than once.
The issue is very clear: I paid for a product and a subscription that were not properly delivered or activated, and I am still waiting for a correct resolution and refund to my bank account.
At this point, I expect immediate action instead of delays and repeated requests for the same information. This situation has already taken far too long and is not acceptable for a paying customer.
Until this is properly resolved, I will not be adjusting my review.

To everyone considering a purchase: Do not be fooled by the price or design. I strongly urge you to NEVER buy this bicycle from this online retailer.
A major safety incident occurred, and the seller/warranty provider offered a complete lack of support.
[The Critical Incident and Non-Response]
The handlebar suddenly malfunctioned during a ride, causing my wife to fall. I immediately requested a repair, but the seller (Fatbikeskopen) and the warranty company completely ignored my messages for an extended period, even though this was an urgent safety matter. This is an unacceptable breach of their safety and sales responsibility.
[Resolution & Ongoing Issue]
The manufacturer (Vogue Bike) stepped in as a special favor and fixed the main fault. However, this was an exception, and it is highly unlikely they will assist again if another fault occurs in the future. Unfortunately, the difficulty with battery removal remains unfixed after the repair.
[Final Warning]
Ignoring a customer's urgent messages—especially one involving personal safety—is a complete and unacceptable dereliction of duty. Since the support system is non-existent, assume that if your bike breaks, it will not be fixed, and you will be left with a dangerous product. I absolutely do not recommend buying from a retailer that behaves this way.
