Incredibly sweet, revoltingly sweet 🤮, unless you have a very very sweet tooth I wouldn't recommend it.
Also be aware the product is high in glucose syrup (ie sugar highly processed from corn), and the artificial sweetener sucralose.
Unfortunately I bought multiple packets of it, to ensure I started and stuck to loosing weight. Now I am stuck with the product, loathed to throw it out, but it's too sweet to drink 👎
