Talk about customer service, unbelievable!
I purchased an endmill from Fatcarbon in Lithuania about a week ago.
Upon receipt of the package, my kids happened to lose the endmill upon finding the included fruit snacks.
When prompted to review my purchase I simply stated this situation in the review and expected to purchase a replacement this upcoming payday.
However, to my utter delight, Fatcarbon has not only obviously seen my review, which was in no way detrimental to their customer service reputation, but has se t me a NEW ENDMILL with no pro.pti g from me!
Including two pouches of the amazing fruit snacks.
They have gained a customer for life.

Never got to try tool.
Unfortunately my kids got ahold of the package before I got home, ate the candy thinking that was the only thing inside, and threw away my endmill.
From the description images and super fast shipping I assume I would have been impressed.
