The item was OK. But it was the wrong item, twice.
I ordered a little gun key chain. The first time i thought i would keep the wrong item and just re order. The second one was wrong again. Probably wont use them again.

I ordered 2 bookmarks. Good price. However, one was damaged so i contacted customer service to ask for a replacement and have had no response whatsoever. It may not have been an expensive item but i still expect it to be non faulty when i receive it so overall i am not happy with the service.

The quakityvif the merchandise wasnt as good as l thought and the presentation on delivery was poor the gift boxes were damaged and looked damp.
