Great experience in the Barnard Castle store, we loved the clothes (both women's and men's), really good quality, great fit and could have bought half the store.
The two ladies serving we're both great as well, super friendly, really helpful and very enthusiastic about the clothes and the store - which was really nicely laid out and a great shopping experience. We'll definitely shop here again!

The expected delivery date was extended from 1 day to 7. Having had a message to say it was delayed and I would hear further within the next 1-2 days I had to ring your help line to find out what was happening as no further update arrived. The help line couldn’t help as the item was being delivered to your shop so I just had to wait until it arrived.

As usual, quick delivery and no hassle return. Unfortunately had to return the order as items did not fit . Service with the smile in my usual shop. Very helpful staff which offered alternative.

Love this swimsuit
I couldn't find this swimsuit in any of the Fat Face stores as it had been reduced. I searched online a was really pleased when I saw my size available. I ordered it immediately and arranged for click & collect service. It arrived at my chosen store and they emailed me.
I drove to the store to collect it and the staff were very nice and friendly as usual.
Got home and tried it on, perfect fit, really pleased with the design and colour of it.
Holiday here I come!

Excellent returns process
Item bought for grandson online didn’t fit well. What impressed was how easy the returns process was instore, with refund, including postage, processed very quickly. Staff very helpful.
