I was able to place the order online, very easy to use website and collect from the local store. I wanted to return one of the items and this is so easy to do at the store as well. Very helpful and friendly staff , just happy to help

I placed my order on 24 April for delivery to the Fat Face store in Basingstoke. I am still awaiting a notification of its delivery there.
I did pop in the shop in Saturday to see if they had it. Unfortunately they didn’t.

FatFace Quality Jumper
FatFace have a really good online Sale service, which I’ve used a few times now. Buy online, collect in shop a day or two later.
This jumper is old school FatFace; a bit thicker than the modern, current stuff, and definitely very good quality materials. It’s going to last. I’m sensitive to wool, so to see “8% wool” in the description was a worry, but you’d never know it had any at all. Warm, soft, and very comfortable. Looks great on, too.

Excellent Experience
Website easy to use. Ordering and checkout is easy. Glad click and collect is back. Staff at Basingstoke store very welcoming and efficient. I like that fact the store has different aged staff particular older staff who look good in fatface clothing and inspire your own wardrobe.
One issue on website you can only look at one size at a time so if you are between sizes you have to look up one size first then the next.
