The shop was tidy and an airy space to browse. Leo, the assistant was very helpful and searched for products that were not available on display.
Leo's service was polite, professional and made us want to return to the store again!

good overall experience
Staff were nice in the shop. Clothes seem good quality (if quite expensive, esp the children's). A couple of returns (one in the shop, then one online) were dealt with quickly and easily.

I have only positive comments
I have only positive comments. The products arrived promptly, and were well packaged. I loved the dresses that I ordered, however only one was suitable. I returned the others to store, where the refund was handled efficiently.

In store order not placed correctly.
Ordered my daughter a T-shirt from in store as not in stock in the correct size. Advised 3-4days for delivery. Needed for holiday in 16 days. Did not arrive - called customer services who advised me that the order had not been placed correctly. Asked for this to be sent next day as a gesture of goodwill as leaving for holiday in 4 days time. Sent standard delivery and arrived after we left for holiday.

Lily lightweight parka from Fatface, Bath
I bought a Lily lightweight parka from Fatface in their Bath store. A lovely member of staff, Ravisha, brought out 3 types of raincoat for me to try on. I didn’t have a lot of time but she was friendly and very helpful and so it was an enjoyable shopping experience.

First time I bought in Fatface shop
First time I bought in Fatface shop. Amazing good quality clothes and very conscious with the environment. Staff really kind, specially Leo at the counter who I talked to while he was folding all my staff very carefully. As we were chatting I managed to left behind an item. I went back the following day and it was left by one side for me to collect.

Really helpful staff member
I was looking for a particular jacket but couldn’t see it in the store. I was told it was not in stock but then Caryl offered to look in the stock room. Amazingly she came back with it in my size. I call that going above and beyond my expectations.

Why not send direct FOC?
I would have given five stars because everything went smoothly as stated on-line. It just didn't make sense to me that Fat Face chose to use postal service to send the two shirts to my chosen branch when they could've so easily just sent them to me! It was pick-up at branch or I pay the postage so I chose the branch and saved the postage. The shirts weren't at the branch so they were posted to them rather than send postage free to the customer.. That bit didn't make sense ....... but all ends well.
