Local shop experience
Can't thank the staff at Beccles enough. Always so friendly and helpful. It feels like a really local shop experience and not a chain. My only complaint is that they are not more centrally placed. Keep up the good work 👏

Beccles store has to be one of the most…
Beccles store has to be one of the most friendliest one where all the staff are always helpful, particularly Allie who I believe is the manager. This store is so popular in a town like Beccles and I’d love to see it expand with petite range, as well as children’s clothing which will accommodate a growing town.

Recommend a visit to Beccles store
I visited the Beccles, Suffolk store today, Friday 24th November, to pick up an order. Whilst there I looked around but couldn’t see anything I wanted. A staff member said if I wanted help please ask. Whilst my order was found I asked about long line cardigans, cream, no wool content. After asking my size another staff member promptly took an item from a rack, helped me to put it on, then suggested a smaller size. The first staff member then brought another cardigan for me to look at. Both ladies were very friendly and extremely helpful. I decided to purchase the smaller sized cardigan. It was a very enjoyable shopping experience, thank you.

Shop in Beccles not disabled friendly
Lovely helpful assistants but shame the shop is not wheelchair friendly. Changing rooms up some steps and the cash desk is up steps. This means I had to try the jumper on in the shop. That was fine but wouldn't have been if I'd wanted to try on trousers or a swim suit. Makes paying difficult too.

Ordered online without any issues. Free delivery to store. Collected item within minutes or arriving. No issues with anything. Items purchased where just as expected, both fitted great. And they were in the sale, which was even better!
