Quality clothing
I always love fat face. It’s slightly more expensive than other high street stores like next but I feel the quality is better and it always washes well and lasts a long time before giving out.
I buy both men’s and women’s clothes and to date is my favourite place to buy underwear on 3 for 2
I order online, in store and have bought sale and full price items.
I have been to fat faces in Newquay, Oxford, Milton Keynes and never had a bad experience

Lovely items.
Delivery took a while to my local store & on the due date, I had an email saying that the items were delayed & then a further email at the end of the day saying that they had arrived.
The staff in the store were lovely

Excellent service. Online order - fast delivery. Returned two of the items to the store then realised they couldn’t take it back as I’d paid PayPal and they then helped me package it up for the post office a few doors down. Always lovely service from the staff in Berkhamsted. Loved the products too!!

Sourcing interesting prints and nice fabrics for clothing.
Bought blue cotton knit styled as kimono but really a open cardigan top. Love the chunky knit and vintage blue colour. Would have bought the pink version but was sold out. Will get a lot of wear out it for years to come as I look after my clothes.

Unfortunately, all orders placed online with PayPal or Klarna must be returned by post. We are unable to accept these returns in store.

What amazing, patient, considerate team members. I was told a sale item was at their branch. They searched it wasn't. The other branch should have called to confirm- they didnt! Checked with 2 other stores, then suggested placing an order we all thought not likely as old stock and although showing on the system might not arrive.. It did!! Elliott agreed to refund the other one even though over timescale due to all the extre running around.
Thank you both for turning what could have been a wasted journey into a positive one..
