The usual great quality and value from FatFace. Shop staff were very helpful, and it's really useful to be able to assess the material, fit and quality before purchase.

Staff were (eventually) helpful, although a bit too much in-house banter upon entry! Not enough stock so forced to buy items online & go to shop to collect because of FF's delivery charges. More item... See more

In the past, I have purchased women’s clothing from FatFace shops on the high street and was happy with the quality. Looked at some men’s clothes in the Cambridge branch and was interested to find out that Tall/Big clothes for men are available online. After placing an order for 5 products and paying the unavoidable home delivery charge, it was very pleasing (and a relief) that all the clothes were a great fit. Though on the costly side, the delivery service was excellent.

Ordered on a Friday to collect from store “by Sunday 3pm”. Went the following Tuesday to collect, after having had a text to say it was there.
They said it wasn’t there, and there were lots of people getting texts even when the parcel hadn’t arrived. I will not be using click and collect again!

Appalling customer service. My wife returned with garment to ask for a paper receipt which they had failed to provide and they refused. Worse, the man behind the counter was hostile, deeply unpleasant and accusatory, suggesting I was somehow trying to cheat the company! The worst example of customer service I've ever experienced and am taking this up with Head Office.

Purchased Marie V Neck jumper in Ivory
From Cambridge store. I was delighted with the jumper, excellent quality and fit.
I was told that the jumper also came in a teal colour, which I purchased on line.
Quick delivery.
Very helpful lady in store, Ana.
Overall very impressed with my visit.
