Awful service!
Didn't have size for chosen garment in store. Online order not delivered to same store on day chosen. Rang helpline two days later who reordered for free next day home delivery. Courier dropped off at neighbour with no notification to myself it had been delivered and garment was the wrong size! Original order then arrived in store for me to collect and return the wrong size one!!

Product Good - Courrier Very Unreliable
My buying experience with Fat Face was very good. Courier delivered goods to unknown address which meant I had to spend a lot of time trying to find my parcel. In the end, Fat Face were right at the end of the phone and arranged a new order which arrived at my local shop just in time. In future I would get any deliveries made to my local shop.

Late Order
Order was a week overdue and was panicking as I wanted it for the Christmas markets in Germany. The instore staff were really good though, could not fault them at all. Product was worth waiting for, nice thick overshirt and really soft.

No Advice Sent to me for Order not Fulfilled
Ordered specific item which showed in stock along with other items to get offer on 3 for 2 but when I collected the order the specific item was missing. When I contacted customer services about this I was informed that the item was now out of stock. At no point from the time of ordering was I advised that there was a problem. Returned other items as full order had not been fulfilled. Very disappointed.

Delighted with my sale purchases
I ordered two pairs of chinos online that were reduced in the sale. They were delivered to the Cirencester store where staff were friendly and helpful. Really pleased with my purchases. I was returning a pair of chinos that I'd bought in a different store but realised when I got home that they were flawed so was given a refund without any issues in the Cirencester store.

Order not received, emailed customer services who said they would investigate. Then had an email saying my order was ready to collect from the store so my husband did the 20 mile round trip only to be told the item had not come in after all. I emailed customer services again anf have had no further communication. Not the service I was expecting, disappointed!
