No show and poor service
I ordered online and I was informed that I could collect the item next day. I was then told that the item was delayed on 14th January but that I would be contacted with of the new arrival date soon. I have heard nothing since then and I have not received the item. Therefore it is difficult to review. No show and poor service

I collected my order from outlet store to save the postage. Showed barcode to staff and parcel brought to me, no problem with collection.

Great customer experience!
The staff in Fat Face Clarks village are always super friendly. Lorna is always particularly helpful but Lia, Molly and Lynn are all great too. They always make time to say hello, even when they’re really busy. They go above and beyond in their customer service and this is the best experience I’ve had in any Fat Face store.

I recently visited your store in Clarks village and the staff were lovely and friendly, the dress I purchased was beautiful, the material quality was amazing and it washes really well. I have also purchased again online and collected at the same store with another lovely service experience, thanks Fatface for great value for money AND good service- hard to find both at the moment!

Fat Face wonderful dog friendly staff
Every time we visit Clark's village we always go to Fat Face, the girls working there are absolutely wonderful. They are always friendly & very helpful they cant do enough for their customers. The best thing of all is they genuinely love the dogs that visit our little Jack Russell Holly loves going in there & is given so much fuss & attention it makes her (& our) visit special.
