I have shopped at Fat Face since 2001. Their products are well made they have a unique style that transcends high street fashion and therefore it’s not through away fashion.

they do a very quick mail order
they do a very quick mail order, only 3 days from order to delivery, I returned my first order to the Cowes shop, got a full refund, and reorderd the next size up and again delivered in 3 days. Can`t fault this.

I bought my second pair of Sutton, straight leg jeans. They're fabulous. They fit beautifully and look great. Fatface's website is very easy to use and I can order online and collect my package locally.
I had made a bit of a mistake when I signed up for an account and the lovely staff in our local store sorted it out for me.

A very enjoyable shopping experience.
Purchased a sale item in store with extra discount on Coronation weekend, the staff were very friendly and helpful , the top is gorgeous and less then half full price what a bargain and a very enjoyable shopping experience.

Helpful staff great service picking up goods & returning unwanted goods so straight forward no problems with refunds.

Fat Face need to sort out the sizing of the clothes
Love the tiny shop but tiny is the word, such a shame that Fat Faces company can’t see the potential for having a decent size shop here. All staff are very friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately the sizes seem to be all over the place, most coming up much too large which, if one needs to order on line means a lot of items need to be returned

Great clothes poor customer service
Ordered two items, got an email that night saying they were out of stock and I would get a refund. Ordered two more only to find one of the original items was delivered. Waited 10 days for the refund never showed. Phoned them, to be fare they dealt with it quickly but to summarise they have an issue that tells you it’s all out of stock even if it’s just one item and for some reason they had not dealt with the refund. Good way to keep cash flow for them, frustrating for me. Still I think generally they are a good company just not this time
